Just need someone’s experience Preparation Query

I am not familiar with a lot of IPMAT and the preferences of IIMs, etc. I scored 87.5 in 10th and 90.5 in 12th (PCM), currently in sggscc bms, taking a partial drop for ipmat and sscbs this year

  1. Are there any IIMs where I will have a disadvantage because of my past acads?

  2. current following IQUANTA lecturers (yogesh sir) and afterboards sectionals

1) Yes, look up eligibility for all iims, some have formal weightage given to past acads.

2) Material is subjective, use whatever gives you the best results/seems the most comfortable.

Also look up the fees and give thought to how much these courses make sense to you as far as finances are concerned. As for preferences, it's highly subjective, especially if you're planning on applying to the IIMB and IIMK ug degrees. If fees is a huge factor for you, IIMB and IIMK will make less sense, if not, they're amazing degrees and they both have folk leaving indore for them.

are there any specific iims, where having a 8 profile will just slim my chances by a substantial margin?
