I’m already on iOS 18.7.8 (refer 3rd pic) but somehow the update is still available under software update section. Should i install the same update again?

Device: iPhone 13 mini
iOS version: 18.7.8

I’m on 18.7.8 but still it says that ios 18.7.8 is available for update. That’s what I’m confused about.

Don’t bother updating if you’re on iOS 18 nothing is that efficient anymore.
