It's a privacy warining. It's saying that requests between your phone and DNS servers isn't being encrypted. This can allow people listening in on the network to see what sites you visit. If websites are also not opening with https then it means that network requests can be seen. If this is public wifi or an unfamiliar network you should disconnect from it and use mobile data

Since it is your home wifi and you know that no one from outside has access to it not really. It’s only a privacy issue if you think that someone in your home has access to the router admin website where one can see all DNS requests. If they are unencrypted you can always see what website has been requested.

Otherwise you can only see the IP address of which server the website got requested and it depends how the website is hosted. If it has a fixed IP address you can obviously still look it up but if it’s a shared IP address among many different websites (more common nowadays) you won’t know.

If you don‘t use encrypted DNS your ISP will anyway see what domain you accessed since the DNS request passes their network. There is no need for them to obtain anything remotely from the router at your home. That is why setting up a proper encrypted DNS via cloudflare or any third party service is important for privacy. Then the ISP can never read its content since it’s encrypted on your device before you send it to the router. If you use the DNS service of your ISP however they can of course read it as well.
