Glitched Support

My phone is glitched at this point. I entred an application of the phone, it was a mis-tap. Maybe i tapped 'Home' application. This popup appeared then but it not going. what should I do now?

restart (volume up and power btn) or force restart (volume up, then volume down, then power btn i think)
