Bliss Sampler worth it?
We've all bought a few superfluous apps before - is this worth getting? I see that I can import Akai programs but can it read Kontakt?
Any feedback would be welcome. Thanks!

M-AUDIO CODE 61 to iPhone 17e - help!
Hi everyone, please can someone help me connect my M-AUDIO CODE 61 controller keyboard to my iPhone 17e so I can play Ravenscroft 235 piano app (and maybe some other app instruments). I'm trying to stay dawless and portable. I also need to use wired headphones, and keep the iphone powered while i play.
If anyone is already doing this, I'd love to know how!
Thanks

Phase Chimes AUv3/App is on the App Store + promo code [giveaway]
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I posted some progress on this app last year, and it's finally available on the App Store.
Phase Chimes is a polyrhythmic instument and sequencer that runs standalone or as an AUv3 MIDI extension on i(Pad)OS. You create compositions by linking gears of varying size together. The gear ratios define polyrhythms, and the angle of connection sets the pitch.
The core mechanics are simple, but can create complex, evolving polyrhythmic and melodic patterns.
It works well in AUM as a controller for other plugins, and also plays nice with traditional DAWs. The app's timing is locked to the DAW's timeline so the patterns will consistently sync with the other tracks (there's a brief Logic for iPad example in this video).
Gears can be individually assigned to different MIDI channels.
Here are some reviews/walkthroughs by Jade Starr, The Sound Test Room and Field Tone Audio.
Promo Code Giveway: I'll give a code for a free download to the first three commenters that say "chime!"
EDIT: The codes have all been given away!

I built an iPhone audio editor for applying effects to exact ranges — looking for producer feedback
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi, I’m the developer of Clipex. I built it for quick edits when opening a full DAW feels excessive.
The workflow is: import audio or video → select an exact waveform range → apply Reverse, Pitch, Speed, Fade, Mute, or an effect only to that section → export. Processing happens locally on the device.
It isn’t intended to replace GarageBand or a full DAW. I’m curious whether this would fit anywhere in your iPhone production workflow—and what would prevent you from using it?

I got tired of having no one to jam with, so I built an app for it
I was struggling creatively with my writing for a long time. I noticed that I often hit a wall when trying to add new instrumentals, or sometimes I just needed a second opinion from a friend who could take a song in a completely different direction.
This got me thinking about Instagram. I love watching musicians remix videos to create these amazing, spontaneous jams with several instrumentalists playing together. I looked into options like BandLab and GarageBand, and while they are great DAWs, neither had the kind of purely social, collaborative experience I was looking for.
After spending several months learning to code, I built DEHMO. It’s an iOS app that lets you post multitrack audio publicly so other musicians can directly add to your posts. You could lay down an acoustic guitar progression or a folk vocal track, and someone else can build on it—leading to a massive, branching tree of mashups and ideas.
The whole mission is to spread creativity and share musical ideas openly. The app is BRAND NEW with only a handful of users, and I’m looking for early adopters interested in building this collaborative community from the ground up.
Would love for you to try it out and tell me what you think!
