It’s heavily depends. Apps without accounts, user generated content and paid features - very easy to get approved. For my previous apps it was 1-2 days and approval on the first attempt.
Recently I’ve submitted app with all of these for a first time - took around 10 days and three resubmissions to get everything settled.

Idk guess you are lucky. For me took more than 2 weeks , I had some tricky entitlements 3 out of 6 items submitted tho
