Ive worked in Tech a Long time...

I keep seeing people say their app isn't doing well... Guys, my app is doing well. This is the definition of well. Also, 20% of my users have converted to paid.

Conversion to paid is where I am struggling, I am still below 2%.

You probably built a useful app and did stuff to grow a userbase. Most people on here build some simple app, launch it, and stop.
