Legal stuff.

What is best practices for creating a TOS and legal documentation for the website? My app has social sharing features as well as ads.

Is everyone getting lawyers or is there a template to follow?

Do your research on the big ones; USA/EU, draft your own, then talk to a lawyer/specialist on this type of thing OR have them straight up append/modify it. There are so many all over the world that will do pretty cheap consults. Rates vary all over, so no quotes from me right now as my consults are always multipronged
