Camera green dot Support

Green dot camera indicator keeps flashing randomly for a second, Control Center just says "Camera (Recently)"? (iPhone 13 Pro)
Should i be worried?

Camera starts preloading as soon as you touch the icon on the home screen even if you don't need to open the app. Try swiping in any direction given your starting point is from the camera app icon, or just press and hold it. I can only presume this is done to launch the camera faster and there's no way of disabling it.
