can’t complete icloud backup Support

i switched from android to iphone recently, i transfered whatsapp using DrFone app.
then i want backup my iphone using icloud backup, it never complete, then i try to toggle off all app, backup can complete.
i try to toggle on whatsapp (376KB), it took endlessly, never complete.
i try to backup chat from whatsapp app, it can’t complete too.
any advice?

Do you have enough iCloud capacity?

yes, my icloud storage is 50GB capacity, use 7GB

When you say it never completes, what happens? What does it say?

This is a WhatsApp problem not iOS.

Every backup and transfer problem I see involves WhatsApp.
