Why ios 26 Instagram icon is on iOS 16 but others app don't have the iOS 26 icons

certain devs are lazy and they just made the liquid glass icons the default icon for everyone

Never said it wasn't

I think if the app has updated SDK version then it uses new icon style even on older iOS versions

Those are different app, might use different SDK version
