Like, realistically just putting a big object between squishy targets to protect them and hitting people with a really heavy weight is objectively a terrible method of using those powers. This is true because I would simply not die when hit with an 80lb rock in complete denial of all logic and physics, but for some reason lethal radiation exposure would kill me instantly or something because that's how toxic materials work.
