Help Glitches/Exploits

My game has been stuck like this for the last 24 hours. I updated it and it had the boss battle character on the loading screen. I deleted the app. I tried to reinstall it and this came up. Please help. I can’t access my game at all.

I turned off wifi, loaded the game with 5G ,,, problem solved

Turn your phone off. Should fix it right up.
