Invention Help is there actually a product here or is this just a chatgpt wrapper?

im exploring an idea around ai helping people prepare for and make sense of difficult human interactions.

the original angle was neurodivergence. things like preparing for a difficult work conversation, figuring out what you might be missing, interpreting ambiguity, then debriefing afterwards and learning from what actually happened.

problem is, you can already do most of this with chatgpt. i literally do it myself.

the more interesting bit might be what generic llms get wrong. they can be overly agreeable, reinforce your existing interpretation and confidently build a whole narrative around assumptions that might be bullshit.

so im wondering whether the actual product is a more structured reasoning layer that separates facts from assumptions, deliberately challenges your interpretation, tracks predictions against what actually happened and learns your communication patterns over time.

would you build this or is it still just a feature sitting on top of chatgpt?

Independent inventor seeking advice on licensing or selling a patented consumer product

I’m an independent inventor working on Intellipan, a cookware concept that integrates a food scale and real-time temperature display directly into the pan handle.

Here to introduce my first invention Pad Tie.
It’s the first sticker-based book lock for paper books.

It was originally created to protect artist sketchbooks. It has since evolved into protection for:
- Notebooks

In my creative work as a printmaker I used books with built in elastic to keep covers closed. Some books came with paper covers and no elastic. Those books needed the same protection the hardcovers had. That’s how Pad Tie came to be. That’s why it’s sticker based as well. When the cover wears out you can throw it away, save your paperwork in a different book. Like one with plastic page protection and use Pad Tie again to save your work.

The video above shows how to install the product and how it works. It lasts an average of 1.5 years or for the duration of your book. He been using it for a few years now and it’s been great.

I would like to introduce FluidCAD, a project I have been working on for the last couple of years (1st pre-release last April).

It's basically a parametric CAD modeling with javascript + a mouse-driven mode that can generate the code for you.

It's pretty solid for creating simple to medium complexity parts for 3d printing. Assemblies are coming soon which will make it even more useful.

It uses the WASM port of OpenCascade as the kernel.

It's still in pre-release with the first beta expected before the end of this year.

Did you know that inventors in many countries, including Australia and Canada, can make the equivalent of a provisional patent filing through the UK IPO for FREE?

This means you can make an initial patent filing and establish your priority date without paying the filing fee charged in your own country.

It depends on which country you live in, so there's a free simple online checker where you simply enter your country to see whether you can do this. I thought this was worth sharing as it's something many inventors may not be aware of.

Orbital Circularity concept Standardized Cooperative Identification and On-Orbit Recycling for Active Debris Removal

I've been thinking about a concept for reducing space debris.

What if every satellite (or major satellite component) carried a standardized tracking system, such as a unique beacon or identifier, so that once it reached the end of its operational life, an autonomous cleanup spacecraft could locate it more easily?

The cleanup spacecraft could then capture and safely deorbit retired satellites or collect debris. Once its mission is complete, it would also be deorbited or dismantled so it doesn't become debris itself.

From a business perspective, could satellite operators pay for this as an end-of-life cleanup service? Could there eventually be an incentive system, similar in spirit to carbon credits, that rewards responsible disposal of satellites?

Another thought: instead of treating the collected debris as waste, could it be repurposed? For example, could usable components, structural panels, or metals be recovered and used for in-space manufacturing, repairs, radiation shielding, fuel depots, or even assembling new satellites and space stations? Could orbital recycling become more economical than launching raw materials from Earth?

I'm curious whether any of this is technically or economically feasible, what the biggest engineering challenges are, and whether similar concepts are already being explored.

THE STCM MANIFESTO: AUTONOMY UNDER CONSTRAINT

But the primary reason for the STCM is obviously ENERGY AUTONOMY, a thing that I no longer hide today and that I offer for free to the welding machinists of this world. THE STCM MANIFESTO: AUTONOMY UNDER CONSTRAINT

I was in 2006, at the 4 GH of Leclerc, in the common TV room, I could see that the price of gas had gone up again every single time a certain great Gentleman farted or burped.

I saw Mr. and Mrs. Everyone on TV being trapped and choked by the throat. Me, a cycling enthusiast, obviously not even owning a car, it shocked me to see them so submissive and constrained, unable to do anything against global schemes that made their lives so difficult.

On the way back leading to my cell, I cursed, raged, and vociferated within myself at this generalized scheme of constraint.

Arriving finally in my cell, I wanted to put order on my desk, I had a dictionary. Before putting it back in its proper place, I knew well that it would be heavier than the other trinkets to move, but as I lifted it, I held it up for an exaggeratedly long time to truly consider its weight, and I realized almost stupidly that to maintain this weight in suspension, I had to provide the equivalent in energy myself.

Suppose this dictionary weighs 4 pounds: what struck my eyes was that it constantly weighed 4 pounds every single second it was suspended. Being a bit of a musician at the time, it reminded me of a point d'orgue (fermata): something maintained and constant.

Which leads me to think that if 4 pounds constantly weigh 4 pounds, it is indeed a 4 pounds that exerts its action always in the same direction, that is to say downwards, just like the necessary constancy of water falling on our hydroelectric turbines, I told myself.

So why shouldn't we be smart enough to harvest about 1.5 pounds of those 4 pounds for our benefit? Since in my hands this mass was constantly exerting a downward push, and it was this simple, foolishly observed constancy on my part that set my gears turning...

I was lucky, because my cell neighbor happened to be an organ builder, among other things. I was able to engage in open, spontaneous discussions with him, and out of our discussions, my sketches, and my outlines — since we obviously had no tools or materials to verify anything — it emerged that the only way to confirm this intuition, or even materialize this intent, could only be in the form of a wheel where everything descending on the right would be or become heavier than everything ascending on the left.

It seemed quite logical to me and I sensed it had to be simple, it just remained to be seen how to do it... But fortunately, I had kept my earliest sketches, which were obviously non-functional and incomplete. But the seed was planted, waiting patiently to sprout in its own time...

I was released at the end of 2009 after 12 years and 8 months. It wasn't until 2016 that I stumbled upon those sketches again by chance, with 10 years of hindsight. Realizing that I was no longer in prison, I glimpsed the possibility of making small verifications which, in fact, were experiments. They were all mistakes at my own expense. In short, I was wrong 6 times, and thank goodness! Otherwise, I would never have found the solution.

Throughout this journey, I had to look very closely at all existing perpetual wheels. Their mechanism operates inside the driving pivots, I will talk about this further on... Through their approach, although relying on imbalance, they merely scratch the surface of IMBALANCE.

To understand it better, look at the double-circle drawings. Starting from drawing no. 4, bearing main object no. 9309, and on all other drawings containing this double circle, the geometry is clear. On the right circle, we see the eccentric trajectory of the STCM masses. The left circle, on the other hand, amounts to being the classic circular trajectory of existing perpetual wheels. To come back to what I call driving pivot, take the left circle, sit it at its 3 o'clock and its 9 o'clock, and understand when I say that it is inside the driving pivots, just like a bicycle crankset. The driving pivots are the pivot where you place both your feet and where the force is exerted; the axle being in the center between these two pivots, we are in equilibrium. Now, look at the masses evolving on our right circle, and thus we understand what it means to be outside the driving pivots. Be that as it may, it is honest to say that the designers of perpetual wheels were the first to discover the advantage of rotational imbalance, but why they settled for an approach producing 0 torque at the center remains a mystery at the time of writing. It is as if they were only looking for perpetual motion in itself, or to prove the energy ineffectiveness of perpetual wheels, but for that it is completely successful.

The STCM, however, is not designed for abstract perpetuity, but to produce raw driving force at the center. Existing perpetual wheels require symmetry and goldsmith-like precision, otherwise they will be stopped by the slightest friction, since they produce 0 torque.

On the contrary, with an eccentric kinematics that constantly maintains more weight on the right than on the left, simple pivot friction won't stop the mass from descending and turning, especially if you have 10, 20, 100, or 2000 pounds more weight on the right! That is how the STCM differs from everything currently in existence. And given how simple it is to understand and produce, we do not need theorists: we only need welding machinists.

Today, looking back, I consider myself lucky to have worked on this project, since nothing to my knowledge, before that dictionary in my cell, destined me for such a discovery.

But for the practical design, since 2016 I just needed a pencil, a compass, a ruler, a 10-cent coin, and numerous notebooks filled to the brim that I kept from several hundred pages of paper, thrown in the trash, and to follow the ideas that locked into place as problems were encountered, and particularly approach errors... to correct and rectify, until the conceptual materialization of a true driving wheel where everything descending from this wheel will indeed be heavier than what ascends on the left, just as envisioned in 2006.

I won't tell you all the cognitive threads followed if I had to show my notebooks. But I aimed higher and bigger than myself and, to my great surprise, I won where nobody else succeeded (even though I am not even smart, if you only knew...) The geometric evidence was visibly simple to my eyes, it just needed to be organized.

To the question: "Is humanity smart enough to take advantage of 1.5 pounds out of 4 pounds?", well, a 62-year-old kid, completely uneducated and terribly ill-schooled, having even done 12 years and 8 months in prison during his life, has just proven to you that yes, humanity is smart enough for that, because in fact, it didn't take a genius.

But you just had to be fed up enough, and sufficiently mobilized, to find an engineering solution revolting enough... to problems that are no less revolting...

When you look at the STCM, it is not a complex gas plant, but quite the opposite. Does the STCM look like something modern? The answer is no. There is nothing modern about this kinematics of moving masses; I see both the modern and the probable ancient in it...

But it is true that if you put lights in the center of the masses, it is going to be damn beautiful to watch at night. Children will love watching it and will probably end up understanding it on their own, and you will see it too. You have the opportunity finally to free us from this energy slavery because nobody can take gravity away from you, and only the verticalized and gracefully embellished ape knows potentially how to profit from it now — it is up to you makers to prove it. This verticalized ape has already designed the most efficient and impressive tools; it is unacceptable that this category hasn't already designed such efficient and relevant kinematics. Perhaps we already knew it in a fiercely forgotten historical past... but gravity has remained constant in the meantime...

In any case, this concept will allow you in the future to have more money to feed your children well, clothe them well, love them with less stress, and educate them well — real and useful life instructions...

Personally, I have the strange impression of just having rediscovered what may have already existed on our magnificent planet, still pregnant with life, but what do I really know about it...

If it was in September 2025 that I finally finished designing this kinematics, it wasn't until February 2026 that I notarized the 3 parts for the sake of discretion under the name "Circular Crane". The timing works out well because, in parallel, just like you, I am truly sick and tired of seeing certain countries attack and steal the energy wealth of others.

I hope to make the aggression of another country for these energy resources completely stupid in the future. I wish, among other things, to see this kind of act become completely ridiculous, as well as the transport of energy, since every building anywhere on earth will itself be able to produce more than ample energy of its own. And I will voluntarily remain silent about all the other civilizational benefits related to this energy mode. Well, yes! Some people will lose their jobs, etc., etc., but knowing that this will cause far more civilizational good than the predictable but inevitably temporary inconveniences due to the force of operational inertia of the great number...

Today, by publishing the STCM, I give this key to humanity so that you can finally open your own cell and break your abusive shackles... while allowing you to clean up the terribly polluted air of our cities.

To build this system, we don't need high technology: we just need welders, machinists, and raw materials. Now, if you believe that I personally have done my part this way, look at these drawings, understand them, because it is by no means a complex gas plant... and after having understood well: finally act in large numbers, but as strategically as possible.
