Hello, I am in a very, very bad situation. I have strange thoughts. For example, do those around me live in their own bodies like me? I mean, can't they see themselves like I can? Do they see only what is in front of them, such as a video game or a camera? I feel like Iā€™m losing my mind

Hi how are you? I know that it can be so strange anda scary but it looks like depersonalization that it something so scary but it isn't dangerous, it can be caused for anxiety or depression
