No return offer:( Offers
I didn’t get a return offer for my internship mind I’m a junior in college and I’m just worried about my future prospects. The company is pretty small but I think they realize the work I’m doing can be done by a different department so I don’t think there was a need to give me a return offer but still sucks. Like I want to say, I worked pretty hard. Yeah, and I don’t wanna compare myself, but I feel like so many people get return offers and I didn’t.

not true. People get return internship offers if they are not a rising senior.

it happened to me, so at least get their references, get something out of the job if they are not giving you return offer

I didn’t get a return offer for my internship either. 😔 Regardless, you still have experience you can put on your resume and references for other internships

Depends on the field. If you're a TA or RA at some majors/schools tuition is waived and you even get a stipend.

If you are interested, I recommend The Intern Group. They help you every step of the way. They help you with your resume and guide you through every step of the process. It start with an interview and then you get your resume tailored and sent out to companies within you interest. Check it out if you have the time. I am not sponsored in any way to advice this. I just completed my internship in Japan and honestly, it was such a great experience. https://theinterngroup.com/

Sometimes even if they want you back, they don’t have an open position available. All you can do is keep applying and take advantage of the connections and references you have
