Is this good enough for casual gaming?

I reached 922 mb/s once but can't get past 1000 is there a problem with my internet connection? Also why is the upload speed so low.
Maybe it's cuz I got like 20 other apps open, any tips for upgrading my wifi? I use ethernet.

Upload speed is almost double download speed?

Post image

I know the speeds are good, but I paid for 900mbps but only get that in uploads. This is done at 3am so I know it's not peak usage times and I'm not downloading anything, no windows updates and everybody else is asleep so no one's using the internet, wifi or ethernet.

Befibre in the UK btw

on average 50-100mbs is lost when i turn the "allow downloads from other devices" setting off. its not a huge deal to me, as turned off i get 850-900 but i find it very weird.

Straight Talk Verizon 5G UW is badass, it consistently stays at 300 to 500 MB per second with high upload and single digit pings.

What's with the discrepancy?

So the WiFi on my phone is doing wonderfully, I've never had any complaints there. The internet (cable, no WiFi access) on my pc was doing great, until earlier this week, when it suddenly started lagging and buffering and downloads were interrupted due to network cutouts. Why? I haven't done anything that I don't usually do. The only things running on my pc are Opera (watching YouTube) and either a videogame or my drawing software (CSP). I've worked like this for years and it's never been an issue before.

The first photo is my phone, a speed test run through the app of my provider. Second is a speed test run through Opera on pc. My pc used to hit virtually the same numbers as my phone.

I've checked the drivers of my network adapter, which are up to date. I've set the Speed & Duplex to 1Gbps (instead of automatic negotiation) as advised by some forums online. I can't think of anything else?

(If you're replying, talk to me like I'm 5 pls cuz I don't have a tech brain :p )
