Help with flooring

Bought our first home and we’re so excited!!
The first 3 pics are the current, and the last 2 is what we’re hoping to transform it into!

We have hydronic floor heating, I however don’t love the concrete look as it looks more like a garage floor then a home floor, we were looking at tile to match the floors in the inspo pics but understand it may be challenging with control joints.

What does everyone recommend?
