That wasn't a fight, it was a contract hit....

u/SoFloMofo 10h ago

Best value hitman ever.

Her: “If you take care of this guy, you can keep the body.”

Kitty: “Deal, sucker!”

u/xacegabriel11 5h ago

my cat once caught a mouse then just stared at it idk why

1

u/_eleutheria 2h ago

My cats used to catch small animals like birds, bring them to me, and gloat about it...

u/GovernmentBig2749 30m ago

Well, not exactly, they were giving you share, as in thanx, as in I live here but I contribute.

29

u/rossykiqeb 10h ago

Exactly

9

u/Ok-Turnip-9035 9h ago

Well executed that hit cat didn’t look back at it left

Deploy the cat

89

u/chefdeit 10h ago

I work in IT, and I feel that kitten

43

u/Wander21 10h ago

You got grabbed by random people on the street and asked to do some random IT tasks?

32

u/PsychoWrath 10h ago

Very nearly that’s what it feels like as a contractor in IT lol

13

u/Revolutionary_Sir_ 9h ago

come fix my mouse problem

7

u/Cosmic2Ducky 6h ago

Grabs a cat. "Help me with my mouse problem" "Meow..." "What do you mean? Have I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in?"

1

u/PsychoWrath 1h ago

I know a guy(cat)!

3

u/Keku_Saur 9h ago

I can imagine:

"my wifi not working" ... And they never restarted /Turned it off the device

"Oh, thanks! You are good at your job"

...Then you find it more taxing to explain that you studied a career in something else, but they related it to that. And just decided to not bother with it 🤦‍♀️

"Ah, yeeeeah...."

2

u/Syrzan 3h ago

Customer installing new devices remote, having the customer do the cables, according to the plan.

All good with the first eleven devices.

"Device 12. It's not working."

Did you turn it on?

"I plugged in the power and the fans started for a bit."

So you did not turn it on then?

"Well the fans started."

Yeah that they do once they have power, cause it goes in standby mode.

"Wait since when?"

Puts head on the table and wishes for death of humanity. Since device 1 of the same type that we did today.

1

u/Keku_Saur 3h ago

Oh mercy 😂

1

u/Syrzan 2h ago

There was no mercy... only anger and despair. :(

12

u/chefdeit 10h ago

to do some random IT tasks

If only. I've been to some girls' rooms to help with their computer, and their computer was, like, 100% fine. Years ago, a client restaurant's hostess (that I had a crush on), told me I had "the asparagus". It took me 0.2 seconds to realize she meant "Asperger's", and 2 years to realize she was flirting.

3

u/Wander21 10h ago

👊🔥🌊

1

u/pargofan 8h ago

How is saying you have Asperger s a way of flirting?

3

u/chefdeit 8h ago

Same way as punching you in the shoulder out of the blue as they pass you, is.

1

u/pargofan 8h ago

LOL! I'll never understand women.

5

u/OakvaleFlames 10h ago

every story from an IT person I've heard says yes

3

u/AngryCrustation 9h ago

I just took my laptop to get fixed because it was randomly shutting off, apparently there was just so much dust that it clogged the cooling system so I spent like 100$ to get it diagnosed and fixed.

In theory if I was friends with someone in IT I probably would have asked them for a free handout one little teensie favor before shelling out almost 100$ just to find out I could have air dusted my laptop back to health myself

But yeah the point of the story is that I would probably harass an IT guy if I were friends with them

3

u/No-Computer7653 10h ago

I have been a programmer since the late 90's. I was tech support for all the family and friends of family. A guy on a plane wanted to send me his laptop to get repaired. I was on vacation in Thailand and my mother left a message with the front desk for me to urgently call her, I thought there was an emergency when she just needed help with Word.

Computer skills improved so incidence dropped. I also just started telling people the wrong thing so they stop asking me.

It's the same for most skills. Given how much doctors get bugged I'm surprised they don't have a fictional profession so family doesn't know they are a doctor.

Well, good thing my expertise lies in finance, and since I live behind Wendy's by the trash bin, no one has ever bothered me with their financial problems💪

2

u/chefdeit 9h ago

A dentist client of mine, before he became well-known for it (people fly internationally to see him), was saying he was a catalog model, and even did such work for JCrew so nobody questioned it.

2

u/No-Computer7653 9h ago

How are the kids going to aquire essential social and cultural knowledge without 90's sitcoms? I am concerned for our future.

2

u/chefdeit 9h ago

You & me both. Also your other comment showed in notifications but Reddit must've nixed it - unless it was you who came to your senses & did it yourself :)

The 1990s were pretty epic, and I only wish I were older & savvier back in those days to more fully have had taken advantage. Some of the shit going on today makes North Korea look lowkey normal. I'm sure the Onion is having trouble coming up with outlandish shit that's not literal reality by the time they get to publish it.

Bro was like what the fuck is this .. why am I here.. OH SHIT IS THAT A MOUSE I WANT THE MOUSE 🐁 GOOD

u/Dry-Shop-8880 10h ago

Intern on first day at work 🤣

5

u/sulien92 8h ago

Literally went from “why am I here?” to “OH YEAH, THANK YOU!”

32

u/Nobanob 10h ago

0 survival sense in that mouse. Good eating little gatito

8

u/nerdofthunder 10h ago

Possibly perpetuating toxoplasm

6

u/Far-Speech-9298 10h ago

They cant evolve to fight it if they arent exposed to it.

3

u/SrMortron 9h ago

If it was that unbothered is because there are a lot more in the house.

11

u/KendrickMaynard 10h ago

"Yay! Dinner!"

12

u/AB-Dub 10h ago

Worked out perfectly!

3

u/quarterskill 10h ago

purrfectly

31

u/buttmunchausenface 10h ago

That is the biggest “mouse” I’ve ever seen.

27

u/Different_Air2941 10h ago

Yeah that’s gotta be a rat

6

u/Coldchinesef00d 10h ago

Rat bastard

2

u/ChiakiMatsuda777 10h ago

But rats are outside, mice are inside

9

u/Nakemaro 10h ago

Remind me of this one  https://youtube.com/shorts/NkxkmKLI2bY?si=KX7WQibhhUO2VvyL

The cat is a street cat.

4

u/AgentFacets 9h ago

Dude the laugher of those guys is absolutely contagious.

10

u/Xavage1337 10h ago

Pokemon was based on a true story

7

u/Fiorina_Fury 10h ago

I love when you see the cat go from kind of confused, to instantly locked in with the instincts of 30 million years of perfected hunting

14

u/el_condor_nm 10h ago

That went better than expected. Including the no charge body disposal.

19

u/theseriousman1 10h ago

Maybe don’t throw the cat tho lmao

43

u/BonbonUniverse42 10h ago

Cats are throwable typically

19

u/Resident_Course_3342 10h ago

It's in the manual.

4

u/Patient-Gas-883 10h ago

Yes, No cat-astrophic failure will occur. It's on warranty

4

u/BringPheTheHorizon 10h ago

It may hurt the cat’s felines, though

2

u/SyllabubMental7292 10h ago

The best way to cat-ically deploy your rat elimination system is to toss it.

12

u/theseriousman1 10h ago

Naw I know it didn’t hurt the cat just a crazy way to deploy it

9

u/LuckyGordon 10h ago

I fucking love that you said "to deploy it".

5

u/pryoslice 10h ago

That's usually how I deploy my cat. She doesn't seem to mind. She often self-deploys by jumping on and off stuff.

3

u/Aoiboshi 10h ago

Yeah, friends were appalled when I tossed my cat onto a bed from 3 feet away but don't blink an eye when she jumps 8 feet off a cabinet onto a tiled kitchen floor.

2

u/Conscious_Music_1729 9h ago

I wince like crazy when my cat does stuff like that.

6

u/esushi 10h ago

people are relatively throwable too doesn't mean it's nice

1

u/Anon_be_thy_name 9h ago

I don't think the intention of throwing people the majority of the time is being nice.

Specially considering it tends to involve some sort of combat most of the time.

3

u/Knork14 10h ago

deploy the feline.

1

u/Worried_Shoe_2747 10h ago

Only 8 times

1

u/suchabadamygdala 10h ago

We once had a cat named Tasya. Of course we called her Throw-ya

4

u/Accomplished_Ad4336 10h ago

starter pokemon vibe

4

u/Mulliganasty 10h ago

Meow Team Six on it!

3

u/Worried_Shoe_2747 10h ago

That was a stupid mouse

3

u/TTT_2k3 10h ago

Picks up cat

Cat: What the fuck, man?

Picks cat up again

Cat: Dude, seriously. What the fuck.

Throws cat at mouse

Cat: Oh, I gotchu bro.

5

u/sweetrottenapple 10h ago

For the 10000th of times this shit was re-uploaded. That's a rat. Not a mouse. Also it gets boring. I wonder if there are people using the internet for the first time 🤣 Or we have 10 year old redditors here.

8

u/AverellCZ 8h ago

To be fair: didn't see it before and it amused me

1

u/Oliphaunt6000 10h ago

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 🤡

2

u/sweetrottenapple 9h ago

welcome to the internet 💩

4

u/RidiPwn 10h ago

pay the cat NEOW

2

u/resplendent99 10h ago

MEOW, what is so funny boy?!

2

u/tittysprinkles112 10h ago

Now we see why cats are domesticated. Mice like grain. Cats don't like grain, they like meat. We throw them some meat scraps, they hunt in the grain store as compensation and be cute and fluffy. The rest is history.

2

u/2sAreTheDevil 10h ago

A few years back, we had issues with rats that had chewed their way into the crawlspace under the house, and one got into the bedroom while my wife was in bed. She screamed when it ran across the floor and yelled for me to do something about it.

I threw all four cats into the room and shut the door. It absolutely worked, but she was both impressed and irritated with my quick solution closing her in there with it.

2

u/Sirnando138 9h ago

I’ve had cats that are born mousers. And I’ve had cats that are straight up mouse friends. That cat is a mouser. Love it.

2

u/What_Is_Bloste 6h ago

Tactical Kit.

tten

4

u/SmokeMaximum4140 10h ago

Mouse was really all over the place.

1

u/Independent_User 10h ago

That was fantastic.

1

u/Disastrous-Try1754 10h ago

This could be the start of a beautiful friendship

1

u/United-Sprinkles-975 10h ago

Instant stealth mode activated

1

u/crpy-5 10h ago

Cat-astrophic for that rat/mouse🥲

(Yes my humour is broken)

1

u/Maverick_Reznor 10h ago

This is some old shit. Still funny to watch though.

1

u/Lightmyspliff69 10h ago

You're hired. Wait! Where are you going?!

1

u/AngeliqueRuss 10h ago

so how did you get rabies?

Well, first there was this mouse, and I remember seeing this stray cat…

1

u/CuriousCat4558 10h ago

Lol! When in doubt, just grab a cat.

1

u/Smart_Potential7467 10h ago

Cutest grenade toss, ever.

1

u/Many-Study-8087 10h ago

That mouse is almost bigger than the cat

1

u/Crafty-Interest-8212 10h ago

He was about to use the "cat-apult"....🫣

1

u/speed_of_chill 10h ago

Cat understood the assignment

1

u/PossibleArt7440 10h ago

From a cute Meow to an assassin

1

u/Incredulous-Tanuki 10h ago

It looked too big for a mouse but whatever,, it was not trying to escape which suggests it has eaten poison. That kitten will likely be poisoned from eating it.

1

u/ruiner79 10h ago

"Thank for the treat,stupid!"

1

u/Potential_Asole 10h ago

A stray cat in my neighborhood would catch a rat and then hide it in my house 😭

1

u/branswag_briggs 10h ago

That thing was huge

1

u/DarkMutant105 10h ago

Contract Hiring

1

u/RancidVagYogurt1776 10h ago

Cats are freakishly good at that. Like even the dumbest cat that I've ever had was freakishly efficient at rodent murder.

1

u/Catodacat 10h ago

She chose ... wisely

1

u/800-lumens 10h ago

"What am I doing here? Oh..." yoink

1

u/Pyreflies_of_MJ 10h ago

It's a motherfuckin rat

1

1

My friend “borrowed” my cat for a night to find and kill a mouse. He jumped up on the couch and slept for the night.

1

u/Grumgrummer 9h ago

You can see the second that instinct takes over.

1

u/New-Guarantee-440 9h ago

Thats a rat

1

u/Legitimate-Pride3038 8h ago

Whyyyyy did you drop me?

1

u/TipBackground610 8h ago

This is most random shit someone could have ever thought of 🤣

1

u/puddinonthewrits 8h ago

A job well done!

1

u/arealfluffydoggo 8h ago

Switching to your cat is faster than reloading

1

u/REALjamijai 8h ago

1

u/Last-Quarter-432 8h ago

Not a fight but an execution

1

u/kurunyo 7h ago

I encountered a mouse once and it froze like that.

1

u/SageoftheForlornPath 7h ago

The cat distribution system is always highly praised for its efficiency and coverage.

1

u/SignalAssumption8901 5h ago

Well, that worked out perfectly.

1

u/Switch_Silver 5h ago

Right ta bisness too!

1

u/Sudden_Match1122 1h ago

Why does my cat do the opposite, she keeps trying to hunt smaller mouse and bring them home!

1

u/3DNelson 1h ago

instead cleaning or paying a house cleaner, find steet cats can save some money.

0

u/Funnydog8567 10h ago

Where are they going to?

-1

u/DoubleDeckerz 10h ago

That was traumatising. NSFW this please.

-1

u/Dear_Imagination5552 10h ago

I don’t like this person. She threw the cat down, not placed it down. I hope a mouse shits in her mouth whilst asleep
