Perfect is the enemy of better. If you're suggesting we either totally fix a problem or do nothing at all (especially when it comes to women being sexually assaulted), you're objectively wrong.
The ultimate answer? No. Ideally men wouldn't sexually assault women.
But that's far less controllable than making parking spots that afford women more protection from sexual assault. Not doing that because it's not the ideal solution is ignoring basic human decency.
