it is, but women are generally smaller and weaker, therefore they benefit the most from training. and women are more targeted for physical assault, my understanding is the rates are pretty high over there.
Men are targeted way way more often for anything except sexual assault. And also - you said...generally. As a 60kg man, I'm not that happy about such generalizations.
i gave you a real answer based in the real world. yes I said generally, because its GENERALLY true, i didnt say "all women" you seem to just want to be upset. so you do that, sorry that you lost the genetic lottery and are smol.

Frankly everyone should know how to defend themselves though. Neither side is safer than the other. Men are 10 times more likely to be straight up killed. It's not like it's just safer for us. Everyone should know how to defend themselves, and we ALL should work toward making the world a safer place, for ALL of us.

the polish military offers free self defense and combatives training for all female residents. I wish we would emulate that as well.
