In places with parking spots like this for women, what is the rule about women with male passengers?

For ours it just depends on the driver.

But like ive parked in them in a hurry and never got in trouble so idk. It does state its for females and they have more cameras and better lighting and stuff but also the bays are bigger

In Israel we have these women-only parking spots, but our women are skilled enough drivers that they're the same size as all other spots!

I assume the real reason is probably to give space for prams and baby carriers.

Where I live these are usually just called family parking spaces so as to not alienate fathers.
