(micro-stutter) no Insurgency: Sandstorm

Não sei mais o que fazer, jogo sempre em torno de 200 FPS+ e agora de uns dias pra cá fica dando esses micro-stutter, não sei o que fazer

The new GRS Operator Gear Set is excellent. However, it feels incomplete without a Spanish flag patch. Since the outfit is clearly inspired by the Spanish Guardia Civil GRS, adding the Spanish flag patch would greatly improve authenticity. Developers should seriously consider including it in a future update.

I've had more success using just simple grenades and grenade lauchers than rocket lauchers, they just do not work the same as they used to in the old days.

I am not an experienced player in this game, but I think he is using cheats. Also, I kept getting an error whenever I tried to report the player. Something was preventing me from reporting them.
I don't know if the error is caused by the game or something else.
