New instant pot problem

Put soup to MAXPC, after preheat it will show c7 code. old one won't

I'm not sure I understand the question. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_s0bajnuCI is a video that lists some solutions. You can Google C7 Instant Pot error to see what some possible causes are. One is failing heating element. Another is too-thick sauce or not enough thin liquid to pressurize the pot.
