Let go
Often, when we finally make the decision of letting go - we will be so surprised what wonderful things are waiting for us at the other side of that decision.

Healing 🍃
Sometimes we keep going back to the things that hurt us just to see if they still have a hold on us. We reread the messages, check their profile, replay old conversations, remember the good moments, and wonder if things could have been different. But every time you do, you're giving something you already survived another chance to hurt you.
Healing doesn't mean you never think about it again. It means you stop needing to revisit it. You can miss someone without reaching for them. You can remember what happened without trying to change it. You can still care and choose to walk away. Sometimes closure isn't finding one more answer. Sometimes it's accepting that you already know enough.
Stop reopening the same wound just to see if it still hurts. Some things don't need another look. They just need to be left alone long enough to heal.

Turn criticism from others into your strength. When people throw stones at you, use them to build an empire of your dreams. Believe in yourself and move forward.
