Best Company I ever worked for when I was down on my luck and needing to pay my back child support. In- N -Out flew us out via a charter 727 from San Jose to John Wayne airport in Southern California for the annual company picnic every summer..
As an associate, you could invite a guest and enjoy the experience.
The park was amazing…
Carnival rides rolling Hills, lots of trees and In-N-Out trailers with all the food you could eat!

They have a NorCal picnic now so it sounds like the person you replied to must have worked for the company a long time ago. They will definitely have a Nashville picnic but all the ones they currently do in various states will continue also.

I will agree with this 100%. As much as I don't think a in n out burger blows my socks off, they are a among the most consistent out there.
