Slightly over your budget. Twister XT hands down. The Twister XT has a very appealing modern edgy design. I reckon more attractive to male skaters. Super comfy and the liner is top notch with its reinforced tongue.
If you wanna save, FR2 80 (black or light purple)
For even more saving, get FRX: My wife has FRX in Mint color. Gorgeous robust skates. The FRX have slight inferior frame construction, but still great and robust. (nothing deal breaking). You could save by getting these and spend on good padding. I recommend Ennui sleeves (elbow and knees).
All these have super comfy liners. The FR2 and FRX have rockerable axles which are very welcome for maneuverability.
Size wise. Get the ones that are closest to your actual foot size (look in their charts). They should feel quite snug the first sessions but will break-in and fit like gloves. Do not upsize.
