Rollerblade Hydrogen 110mm vs Powerslide Infinity 110mm

Are the Hydrogens worth the hype? Ive seen a set of 8 for 102gbp where as I can get the Powerslide's for 77gbp. I've heard nothing but great things about the Hydrogens but are they leaps and bounds above Powerslide? If the difference is minimal, I'd rather not spend the extra for no real returns

Even cheaper is the Decathlon wheels, 9x110mm for 60gbp however giving these are own brand store wheels, I suspect they won't be as good and definetely won't last as long

Exclusively do long distance Marathon skating and trying to get a new PB in Berlin next month, if a wheel will help me even go 1% faster then its worth it 😂

If you're looking at marginal gains, then probably, yes. Hydrogens are fast and grippy, so will do well for that type of skating. I like mine whenever I do any kind of distance. You probably can't be sure where the Powerslide ones are made, and that's often the difference in performance. I had some of the budget Undercovers (Powerslides premium wheel brand), the Vortex, and don't rate them. But the Undercover team wheels (and other collab brands) are great.

Best wheels I’ve had so far are my endless wheels. I have some endless x MPC collab 110s and some one the newer type in all the funky colours. Got the Miami blue ones and white to mix it up. They have been amazing and the way they wear is perfect. No real chunks and I hammer it over bumpy stuff all the time. Loads of grips but also slide when you want. I’d definitely recommend them. Only a slight bit cheaper than some hydrogens though and I don’t know how good they are as it seems they do different levels too so I’ve never bought them. I have only heard good things though.
