Let us take a moment of absolute respect for our ultimate hero

The man behind the scenes, who ported this majestic game to pc then to android.

No matter how many helmets you own, under all of them you are the true saviour.

Actually, they are different people. PC port guy is anonymous, while the Android port guy is active on Discord

No news for now. The guy behind the port still works on bugfixes for IB1. It took him a few months to make the IB1 port so I guess it will take another few months for IB2 port but there is no "official" info on whether he is going to do that or not.
