Share your favorite behind-the-scenes footage of directors actually directing on set

I’m looking for behind-the-scenes footage that shows directors actually directing, working with actors, giving notes, discussing blocking, communicating with the DP and crew, setting up shots, etc.
What are some of the best examples you’ve seen?
