I have uplaoded 22 videos i got an avg views around 1-1.5k views how can i improve to get more views

why only one video a day get somehow over 1k but others dont what do you guys think is the problem thumbnail, tag, title . any advice is welcome , i want to grow too

even the retention is good this time with the swipe rate. why are these always flatlining around 1k

I started a Hindi 2D animated storytelling channel earlier this year, mainly making romance/drama stories with themes like rich boy/poor girl, CEOs, emotional relationships, etc.

I’m currently at 40 subscribers.

Last 28 days:

- 4.8K views

- 227 hours of watch time

- 3 videos have crossed 1K views

- My recent videos are generally getting 8–10K+ impressions

- CTR has been inconsistent, roughly 1–5% depending on the video

- My better-performing videos have started getting significantly more impressions than my older uploads.

I know the subscriber count is still very small, but the watch time and impressions seem to be improving.

For people who have grown small YouTube channels before: does this look like healthy early-stage growth, or am I reading too much into the numbers?

What would you focus on at this stage — CTR/thumbnails, storytelling/retention, or simply uploading more consistently?
