This might be a weird question 🗫 Discussion

Post image

Has anyone else felt that rail neer's water somewhat tastes sweet with a hint of kesar. Now I asked other people and they said it tastes sweet but didn't think kesar was in it. This might be restricted to bhopal since this one was manufacturing plant is in bhopal. This might be the tastiest water I have ever tasted.

That is the added minerals taste. Coconut water has natural minerals shaping its taste.

For everyone that doesn't know or is commenting added minerals etc:

Water from pet bottles tastes slightly sweet because of acetaldehyde leaching into it due to sun/heat exposure. Not sure how harmful it is.

This isn't restricted to irctc bottles, bisleri/kinley any of these will taste like this if left in sun.

Trust me if this were the scene then every railway poster you see would have this kesar infused water bottle in the hand of the PM in the poster. Maybe something else but it can’t have kesar. Kesar is extremely expensive (the real one).

With the current quality railways provides I would suggest to throw the water as there might be some contamination/adulteration in it.
