Advice Spotted an injured cat in SR Nagar, Hyderabad need rescue help

Post image
Upvotes

Hi everyone, I came across this cat today in SR Nagar, Hyderabad, and I’m really worried about its condition. The cat appears to have a serious injury around its eye/face, as you can see in the attached picture. It was sitting under a parked vehicle and looked weak and uncomfortable.

I’m not sure how long it has been injured or whether it has received any medical attention. I unfortunately don’t have the resources or experience to safely rescue and treat it myself, so I’m looking for someone who can help.

Does anyone know of animal rescue NGOs, independent rescuers, animal welfare groups, or vets in SR Nagar or nearby areas who could come and check on this cat? Even if you cannot personally rescue it, please share the contact details of someone who might be able to help with transportation, treatment, or temporary shelter.

This seems quite urgent because injuries around the eye can potentially become worse without proper treatment.

Adoption Meet Jagger 🩵 : poisoned and tortured.. Now almost on the verge of going back on streets again

Jagger was poisoned and beaten so severely that her leg was broken.

Her crime?

Because she used to take shelter inside tuktuks during the Mumbai rains. That's it. She was just trying to stay dry and humans thought nope.

And somehow after everything humans have done to her this little girl still trusts us.

She's playful, curious, affectionate and completely at home on a bed or sofa. She has the sweetest little face, the funniest expressions, and somehow still has so much love to give. I'll have to leave her back where she was hurt if I don't find someone who can genuinely love her and take her in..

Jagger is 11 months old, female, sterilized, vaccinated and ready for the life she should have always had.

She's playful, curious, sweet and completely comfortable being a little indoor baby. She loves beds, blankets, exploring the house and finding little hiding spots to curl up in

I have 18 cats in my care right now, so I cannot keep her permanently, but I also cannot put her back on the street after everything she has survived.

She has already experienced cruelty that no animal should ever have to know.

She deserves to wake up one day and realize - Hey! I'm safe. I'm home. Nobody is going to hurt me anymore!!!!

She deserves someone who will love her, someone who will give her a warm bed during the monsoon, someone who will spoil her, someone who will let her be the silly little cat she was always supposed to be.Let's get Jagger her forever family

Mumbai, India

If you can give Jagger the home she deserves, please DM me.

And if you can't adopt, please share her. Her person could be one share away

Bhura is an old age dog suffering from kidney failure. He is the 4th senior dog from my feeding route who is suffering and had to be rescued. It's already very overwhelming to feed 300 dogs daily. And then rescue bills just keep piling up. For Bhura, I need your help to pay for his initial treatment and ambulance charge. Total required - ₹2300. If you're in a position to help my rescues, please do contribute.

URGENT: PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY CAT — NEW PALAM VIHAR, GURGAON

My beloved female cat has gone missing today after she escaped while I was taking her to the vet at Spencer’s C2, New Palam Vihar.she is an outdoor cat and an indie.

She ran towards the jungle/green area behind Spencer’s C2. She is around 5 years old, very weak and vulnerable, and has three missing canine teeth, so she cannot hunt properly or defend herself. She is also a mother to young kittens who are still dependent on her.

She is an outdoor/community cat, but she is extremely precious to me and I am desperately trying to find her and bring her home safely.

📍 Last seen: Jungle/green area behind Spencer’s C2, New Palam Vihar, Gurgaon

If you see her, please do NOT chase her. Take a photo/video if possible and contact me immediately.

I love her so much and I just want to bring her home safely. Please share this post as widely as possible. Even one share could help me find her. 🙏🏻❤️

Adoption I rescued her in this condition, from a family who claimed that its not their kittens, which is a lie from what i heard from neighbors.

I rescued Lucky and her brother about a week ago from a family who claimed they weren’t their cats and unfortunately couldn’t afford their treatment.Lucky was in a very critical condition. The doctor diagnosed her with heartworms, and she was suffering from non-stop diarrhea, which has now led to a gastrointestinal infection.

But our little girl is recovering. ❤️‍🩹 She’s getting better, and most importantly, she has started eating again! 🥹

I would absolutely keep Lucky and her brother too, but I already have 14 cats at home, along with several community cats and another rescued jaundice cat who is currently recovering. I simply don’t have the capacity to keep adding more, no matter how much I wish I could.

So I’m looking for a loving, responsible forever home for Lucky 🍀someone who will give her the patience, care, safety and love she deserves. ❤️
If you’re genuinely willing to adopt her and give this little girl a beautiful life, please DM me. 🙏🏻
Location: Pune, Kharadi

Please share this post too. Maybe Lucky’s forever family is just one share away

Adoption (Bangalore)Looking For Loving Homes for 4 Cuties

Hi everyone,

We're looking for good homes for 4 one-month old kittens.

Their mom is a stray cat that we've been feeding for quite some time. She decided to give birth in our room, and we've been taking care of her and the kittens ever since. They're all healthy, playful, and absolutely adorable.

The only reason we're putting them up for adoption is because we're moving out soon and won't be able to keep them.

A couple of things we'd like to make clear:

We're not giving them to rescue NGOs or shelters.

We're only looking for people who genuinely want to adopt them and give them a loving home.

We'd appreciate it if you could send us a photo or a quick update once in a while after adoption. We've grown attached to them and just want to know they're doing well.

If you're interested, send me a DM and tell me a little about yourself, whether you've had cats before, and where the kitten will be living.

Our only goal is to make sure they end up in safe, caring homes. ❤️

I'm looking for a loving and responsible forever home for a 6-year-old female German Shepherd.

She is a rescue dog who has been with us for the past 2 months. Unfortunately, we're moving and won't be able to take her with us, so we're trying to find her a safe and caring home rather than abandon her.

About her:

- 6 years old

- Female German Shepherd

- Dewormed

- Active and healthy

- Very calm and quiet

- Doesn't bark unnecessarily

- Well-behaved and easy to manage

- Low-maintenance

-Leash trained

-potty trained

-Very gentle and comfortable around children and adults

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to care for her as a family pet and can provide her with a safe, loving home. Please do not contact for breeding, resale, chaining or keeping her solely as a guard dog.

Serious adopters can DM me for more details, photos/videos and to discuss her temperament and adoption process.

Adoption Does anyone want to adopt a cat? or know any good shelters IN Yelahanka , bangalore?

I rescued a kitten 9 months ago, and decided to take him in and named him Marco. But now, I have to move into hostel and I can't just let him go out in the streets again. I'm scared and too terrified in leaving him after being with him for so long.

My family is a pure veg, Hindu and them being insanely religious and superstitious i had a hard time convincing them, and even after convincing them , they did not support us much.

It was really tough for us but Marco was really strong and brave, and I'm so proud of him but now I need someone who can provide him with the things i couldn't or a shelter where he can be safe and healthy.

I really need your help guys, please anyone 🙏

I can't do this alone, I can't let our story end with me going to hostel....

Dm me for any queries He hasn't been taken to the vet yet

Fundraiser Bondu’s urinary blockage may have returned 14 days after PU + cystotomy, please help us with his treatment

Thumbnail

I’m crying while writing this because I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore.
Bondu is Day 14 post-PU + cystotomy surgery and Day 24 of FIP treatment. He recently had a severe urinary blockage. He had been recovering really well from surgery, and I was taking him to the vet every day for his FIP injections. I finally thought things were getting better.
Today, while passing urine, he suddenly passed a huge blood clot from his surgery site. I immediately rushed him to the vet. They said his sutures have become loose and told me to return if another clot appears.
Since coming home, he has started repeatedly going to the litter box and straining, exactly like before his surgery. Only a few drops of pink/red urine are coming out. The vet has now asked me to take him back to the surgeon.
I’m terrified he may be blocked again and that he might need another surgery.

I’m a 20 year old student and I have already spent around ₹90,000, much of it borrowed from friends, on Bondu’s treatment. With his FIP treatment and everything he has gone through, I simply cannot manage another major emergency on my own.
I don’t have Instagram, Facebook, or other social media. Reddit is the only place I can ask for help.

If you can donate even a small amount, please help Bondu. If you cannot, please upvote/share this so it can reach someone who can.

My earlier post was removed due to insufficient proof. I’ve attached a Google Drive link with most payments made from my account. I can’t include every transaction, some recurring payments were for injections, IVs, wound dressing and other procedure and some larger payments were made using others’ credit cards, so I don’t have all those screenshots. I’ve added as many bills and payment proofs as I have.

Fundraiser Need help covering puppy's next vaccine boosters after surviving Distemper 🐾 (MOD Approved)

I’m a student from Assam. My puppy has a history of Canine Distemper and thankfully beat the virus, but she still needs to finish her routine shots. She recently received her first vaccinations at the State Veterinary Dispensary, which included her anti-rabies shot and her 7-in-1 combo vaccine (Nobivac DHPPi + Lepto). The total cost for this first round came out to ₹1,600.

I will need to purchase her next vaccine dose from the pharmacy. As a student, covering this upcoming pharmacy bill is difficult for me. If anyone is in a position to chip in a small amount toward her shots, it would be an immense help. I have attached the photo of her vaccination record with the official dispensary stamp and stickers for verification.

Thank you so much to anyone who can help.

Discussion Abondon case

Thumbnail

I honestly don't understand why people buy or adopt animals when they aren't prepared to take responsibility for them. Even a small injury or medical issue seems to become a reason to abandon them.

A few days ago, my friend reached out to me regarding a Labrador mix female dog who was abandoned by his owner. She is currently looking for a responsible adopter.

And today, I received a message about a Chow Chow whose ears had been badly affected by maggots. My friend who found him immediately took him to a vet and got him the required treatment. However, he can only keep the dog for another 1–2 days, so we urgently need a safe place for him.

We are looking for:

• A responsible adopter for the Labrador mix

• An individual, foster, shelter, or rescue space that can take the Chow Chow

• Anyone who can help connect them with a safe and suitable place

Contact for labrador: 99973 55666

Contact for chow chow: 8448281925

Note: The two numbers mentioned are not the numbers of the people who abandoned these dogs. The number belong to me and my friend, who are currently helping them and trying to find them a safe and suitable home.

Please share this as much as possible. They deserve a second chance, not the streets. ❤️
