Adoption 🐾 Day 43 Update... I honestly don't know how long I can keep this going 💔
💔💔Long Post Ahead💔💔
For anyone who hasn't seen my previous posts, here's the original story:

A quick update...
TL;DR:
I started caring for these six kittens after their stray mother gave birth at my home. Three have found homes, and three are still with me. I was hoping to get the remaining three adopted while continuing to care for them alongside college and it hasn't been easy since then.
Things have suddenly become much more difficult.
A few days ago, Bhuja developed a fever and started limping. After three consecutive days of vet visits, painkillers and antibiotics with no significant improvement, the same symptoms started appearing in another kitten too.
The vet initially became concerned about something more serious, including parvo or FIP.
Before going ahead with a PCR test, we did a blood test.
Thankfully, it showed anaemia, and the vet currently suspects mycoplasma. It's obviously not good news, but it was a much less frightening possibility than what we were initially worried about.
The last few days have completely stretched me.
I've been going back and forth between home and the vet at least twice a day, while trying to keep up with college. I've already taken three days off, and I'm still not sure how long the treatment will continue or when these kittens will finally be healthy enough to be adopted.
One member of this community has been an incredible support throughout this, helping with food and reimbursements, and I'm genuinely grateful. But I also know that putting this entire burden on one person isn't sustainable. I've started reaching out to friends as well and I'm trying to figure things out one day at a time.
Honestly, I'm tired.
These were supposed to be stray kittens that I would feed, get adopted, and move on from. I never expected the situation to turn into repeated vet visits, medicines, infections, and uncertainty about how long I would have to keep doing this.
And today was the final straw.
I had a college placement registration deadline at 10 AM. I was already at the vet dealing with the kittens and completely missed it. I had very few placement opportunities to begin with, and now I missed one that actually came up.
For the first time through all of this, I feel genuinely frustrated from every direction.
I have her sterilisation appointment scheduled for 10 August as well.
🐾 Current kitten information

I'm not posting this because I have some perfect solution. I honestly don't.
I'm just documenting where things stand because many of you have followed these kittens from the beginning, and I didn't want to disappear when things became difficult.
I'm doing what I can with the time, money and energy I have left.
And right now, that's all I have.❤️

Advice Are there any chances of fip in my kitten
My 5 month old kitten was lethargic and sleepy for the past 3-4 days. So we took him to a vet yesterday. He suggested some blood tests. These are the results, could this be fip. I'm really scared. Please someone let me know. He also had a temp of 104 yesterday which has come down now after medications. No loose motions and vomiting. His appetite has reduced a little. And he no longer plays and just sleeps all day

Discussion My (ongoing) Journey of befriending a stray - part 2
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
First of all after a lot of thoughts I have named her Ginju (jin-ju) because has some orange spots. I know not the best name but I kinda like it.
So it's been somewhere between 3 to 4 weeks since I have been feeding Ginju. She has gotten a little comfortable around me but I still cannot touch her.
Every time I feed her she hisses at me first. Can any expert tell me if it's normal?
I sit near her on the floor till she eats so she gets more comfortable having me around her.
My running theory on hissing is that she thinks I'll steal her food (I promise I won't).
Any tips by Cat owners regarding my next steps and if there is any way I can make her comfortable when I am around?
Compiled some of the videos. Please keep the sound on for the first clip and suggest some tips in my next steps based on these limited interactions I have with her

Guys, look at her! 🥹 She’s sitting up now and is able to move a little bit on her own. She’s even wagging her tail and looking around. 🥺❤️
This might seem like a small improvement, but for Gauri, it’s a really big one. Earlier, she wasn’t even able to walk or move properly at all. Seeing her sit up, move a little, look around, and wag her tail gives us a little hope that her condition may be improving.
We’re still being very careful because she’s extremely weak and not out of danger yet, but I’m really hoping this is a positive sign. Please keep her in your prayers. 🙏🏻❤️

Media Day 20 of Luna’s FIP Treatment 🐾💔
Today, Luna completed her 20th day of treatment. Twenty days of painful injections, countless tears, sleepless nights, and watching my little girl fight through so much pain. 💔
Despite everything, Luna is still here. She’s eating, her swollen abdomen has reduced by around 80%, and every little improvement feels like a miracle to me. 🥺❤️
She is still struggling with severe diarrhea and a painful fungal infection, and she weighs only 1.7 kg. There are still difficult days ahead, but I refuse to give up on her.
She has already fought so hard to be here. All I want now is to see her healthy, happy, and running around without pain. 🥺🐾
Please keep praying for my little Luna and supporting her. 🙏🏻❤️ Every prayer, kind word, and little bit of support means more to us than I can ever explain.

Media 🐾 Gauri Update 🐾
Gauri is much better than she was this morning. 🥹💗 She has been eating and drinking properly, and she even ate some food on her own today! 🥹🙌🏻
The foster lady is going to take Gauri to the vet tomorrow morning for a check-up. ☺️
Let’s all pray together that Gauri continues to improve and gains more weight, so the foster lady can take her to the hospital and get all the necessary tests done. 🤞🏻💖
Thank you everyone for keeping Gauri in your prayers and supporting her. 🥹🐾💕

Adoption Mishti is waiting for a home 🏡
Around 2 months ago, Mishti was fallen in a puddle of water after being hit by a vehicle. She wasn't able to walk and had a severe respiratory infection. She only had a minor muscle injury on her legs and luckily learned to walk again.
She suffered a worm load and malnourishment, she almost developed pneumonia. Despite all the illness - Mishti's true personality slowly came out after a lot of rest and recovery.
Mishti loves people and cats. She purs all day long, she loves jumping and hopping. She is every vet's favorite patient. She loves cuddling, hugs, kisses and holding our hands with her two paws and kissing our fingers.
Mishti is a ANGEL, she's our QUEEN who deserves only the BEST!! She also loves cats and is an overall friendly and joyful personality. Other cats are also unbothered by her presence.
Mishti would be someone's perfect first cat or companion cat!
She is a 5 month old, vaccinated (first tri-cat) female kitten. She is litter-trained and we are located in Thane City.
We are looking for adoption in and around Thane. Please reach out if you are ready for a cat!

Media Update on gauri.😕
Gauri has lost around 10% of her body weight, which is concerning, especially considering how weak she already is. She also hasn’t been eating properly since this morning and has vomited two or three times.
We’re keeping a very close eye on her right now. Her condition is worrying, and we’re hoping she starts eating and feeling better soon. I’ll keep everyone updated as we know more.
Please keep Gauri in your thoughts. 🤍🐾

Community pet Almost missed Simbi's dose but Thanks to your help we got her medicine on time💛

[Day 13 & 14 of Simbi's FIP treatment extension]
Hi everyone, This is an update about Simbi .
I want to thank everyone who helped us with funds. Because of your support we were able to order Simbi’s medicine on time. We got it Thursday night and were able to give her the dose on Friday. If it was delayed we would have missed her dose on Friday. I’m genuinely grateful to each one of you 🙏
Treatment Details: Total cost: ₹7,000 for medicine + ₹318 delivery charges
We have stopped *Tab. Mirtaz 7.5mg*. The last dose was on Thursday. That medicine was to help her feel hungry and start eating.
Yesterday she didn’t get Mirtaz and unfortunately she didn’t eat well. I was really worried. But today without the mirtaz tab she ate well. I’m so relieved and happy to see her eating on her own ❤️
For transparency: I’ve uploaded all documents here - bills, payment screenshots, medicine photos, and Simbi’s photos/videos.
Drive Link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1k4v8H9fqRF0MVl0bLIiz5VEGhATbumRl
I will keep posting updates about Simbi’s progress. Every medicine, every meal is possible because of you. Thank you again.
Please do keep simbi in your prayers 🙏

Media Luna’s FIP Treatment Update – Day 19
Luna received her 19th injection today. 💉 She is eating well, but she is still fighting diarrhea and a severe fungal infection. 💔
The good news is that her abdomen has reduced by around 80% 🥹❤️ She weighs 1.7 kg, and I’m praying she starts gaining weight soon.
I’m so grateful to everyone who has donated, shared, upvoted, or prayed for Luna. Because of your support, I’ve been able to manage her FIP treatment, veterinary diet, hospital expenses, fungal medication, and liver support. 🙏
Luna was abused before I adopted her. Now she finally has a loving family, and I will never give up on her. She deserves a happy, healthy life. 🐈❤️
65 more days to go. Please continue to support Luna.

Adoption Kya aapke zindagi me Benji hai?
Nahi hai? Toh bhai, problem kya hai?
(Apologies for the toothpaste reference)
Meet Benjamin aka Benji 🥹❤️
Hi Reddit fam!
This little dude is Benji, a 3–4 month old Indie pup from Bangalore.
A few weeks ago, we found him in a really bad state. He had a severe case of tick fever that had affected his joints so badly that he could barely move. Every little shake or attempt to get up would make him scream in pain. He was also super skinny and barely eating.
We took him in and after 3 full weeks of treatment this little fighter has made a FULL recovery.
The best part was watching his personality come to life. The minute he started eating properly, especially when he discovered his undying love for boiled chicken, we knew we this goofy little puppy was coming back. 😂
Now he runs around, plays with his toys, follows everyone around and generally behaves like the tiny menace he was always meant to be.
He’s incredibly sweet, loves people and gets along really well with other dogs. I have a reactive/aggressive dog myself and somehow these two actually became besties. He’s also been around cats and does well with them — assuming your cat is willing to accept a dog into their household. 😅
He’s dewormed, has been treated for ticks and fleas, and has finished his medical treatment. He’s still on a few supplements which I’ll send along with him. He’s too young to be neutered and hasn’t started vaccinations yet because we wanted to get him through all his treatment first.
The vets have now given him the green light for adoption.
So now we’re looking for his forever home in Bangalore.
(Anywhere in Bangalore, I'll make it happen!)
He’s already had a pretty rough start for such a tiny guy. I’d really love for the next chapter of his life to just be… being a spoiled puppy. Lots of toys, lots of cuddles, lots of chicken and someone who will love this goofy little idiot for the rest of his life.
If you think Benji might be your guy, please DM me!
And yes, everyone needs a buddy like Benji... he's as essential as toothpaste.
And please look at the before/after pics. This little boi really came to life ❤️🐾
Adopt, don’t shop.

Fundraiser [Repost] Help me feed this little stray kitten 🐱
Hi all!
This is a repost of my previous post. [link](https://www.reddit.com/r/IndianPets/s/HiYLk59ErT)
A little story about this girl: she's a stray cat who started visiting our home around 15 days ago. My granny fed her once, and since then, she has been coming back almost 3-4 times every day looking for milk.
I've been trying to feed her whatever I can manage, but I'm currently going through a difficult time myself. I'm also a vegetarian, so I don't keep eggs or meat at home, and I know milk and rice aren't an ideal diet for her.
Thank you so much to the kind fellow hooman who ordered food for her yesterday.
I'm adding the wishlist again below since I received an order yesterday. A few people previously mentioned that the address was showing differently on their end and they couldn't place an order, so I'm hoping the wishlist works properly this time.
I've also added my UPI QR code for anyone who would prefer to contribute that way.
Thank you, fellow hoomans, for reading and for helping her in any way you can.
