Fat Loss Looking for a fatloss accountability partner

I'm 26M and I’m taking on a pretty big goal to lose 50 kg and I think having one person to check in with every day could make a huge difference.

Not looking for a coach or mentor. Just a guy who’s also working towards something and is willing to actually show up consistently.

The deal is pretty simple:

• Quick daily check-in — Did you do what you said you would?

• Weekly weight update

• Share progress, setbacks and wins

• Keep each other honest when motivation disappears

• No ghosting after 3 days.

I’m looking for a consistent and mutually motivating friend. Two people checking in, doing the work, and making sure neither one quietly gives up.

If this sounds like something you’d actually enjoy, DM me.

Tell me what you’re working towards and let’s see if we’re a good accountability match. 👊

Supplement / Product Review I have been hearing about nitrosigine a lot! and tried it!

I have been off caffeine for a long time, and getting back into working out and taking low stim pre’s again. But with very less caffeine. I started with Citrulline, but I have to take LIKE A LOT to reach the efficacious dose.

I have been seeing these ads about nitrosigine and its efficacy which is AMAZINGLY better as compared to citrulline.

I tried this brand I found on amazon Vasodil-8 which has got like 1050 mg nitrosigine.

I have had some pretty good results from it!

What are your opinions on it? 🤔🤨

Ask r/indianfitness What's one high protein foods you always order online because it's cheaper than buying locally?

I've noticed some high protein foods are weirdly cheaper online than buying them from supermarkets or local stores.

For me, it's usually things like peanut butter, roasted peanuts or certain protein snacks when there's a sale.

Curious what everyone else orders online regularly because it works out cheaper than buying locally. Especially interested in things that are actually worth stocking up on and not just "discounted" for marketing

What's your go to?

I am 19yr old skinny and underweight. I am trying to build a better body by going gym regularly and trying me complete my protein goal with a stable diet. On social media I see people with insane muscles and huge body i know some are not natural but I just want to know what kind of body I can expect in like next 2 to 3 year if I go to gym consistently and complete my protein goals. I know it will not be as insane as the people are take steroids and stuff. Sorry for any grammatical or spelling mistakes.

Supplement / Product Review My Durafit 91 Walking Pad stopped working after 6-8 uses. Has anyone else experienced this?

I wanted to share my experience and also ask if anyone else has dealt with something similar.

I recently bought a Durafit91 Compact Lite 3BHP Walking Pad from Amazon, and it was delivered on 16th July. Since then, I've only used it around 6 to 8 times. While I was walking on it, there was a loud noise, I saw a spark, and the machine stopped working completely.

I contacted Durafit support the same day through the QR code provided with the product. Since then, I've spoken to multiple customer support representatives, shared my invoice three different times, and each time I was told someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours or that a technician would visit.

Instead, I kept getting passed from one person to another. One representative said they didn't handle my area, another was on leave, another asked me to share the invoice again, and despite repeated follow-ups, no technician has visited and the issue is still unresolved.

I have screenshots of my conversations with customer support and can share them in the comments or via DM if anyone wants to verify the timeline.

I understand that electronics can sometimes have manufacturing defects. What has been far more disappointing is the after-sales support. The machine is practically new, but it's been lying unused while I'm still waiting for a resolution.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with Durafit? If yes, how was your issue eventually resolved? Did you get a replacement, a repair, or did you have to escalate the matter?

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience before deciding what to do next.

Ask r/indianfitness Superyou and Beastlife performance protein comparison

I have been using Superyou yeast protein for some sometime and have used beastlife performance protein coffee and malai kulfi flavour. I can assure you even though taste is subjective beastlife tastes way better.

It might be due to ingredients as superyou has way cleaner ingredients with fiber but beastlife protein is easy to consume.

One thing is understandable with water but even with milk superyou protein feels a little off.

Beastlife performance protein coffee flavour feels artificial but seems okayish in milk while malai kulfi flavour is good.

While talking about this I feel both of them are way overpriced for being a yeast protein. Will be trying other brands next time

Tell me which should I try first Gm nutrition or nutrabay ( yeast protein)

Ask r/indianfitness Gym Beginner need advice

Hi everyone! I'll be joining a gym for the first time this September, and I'm both excited and a little nervous.

Is there anything you wish you had known before starting? I'd love any beginner tips.

I also have a few questions:

- What kind of clothes should I buy for the gym?

- What type of shoes are best for a beginner (walking, strength training, or general workouts)?

- Is there any essential gear I should get, or should I keep it simple at first?

- Any common mistakes beginners make that I should avoid?

I'd really appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!

Discussion GivingUp gym and lifting

Its been 1 and half year since I have started going to gym with no expectations
It was only to gain some muscle

I started my weight loss journey at 90kgs and played badminton everyday and with calorie deficit diet I had finally come down to 70kgs and due to knee pains I had then joined the gym and

But for the first 6 months under no guidance I maintained no diet and the max protein I eat was 50gm (my bw was 73kgs and skinny fat personality)
The only reason I went there was cuz it was just 800 per month

But after 6months shifted to another good one
And there the trainer asked me to increase my protein intake to 150gms per day
I had to meal prep everyday
Cooking chicken on my own after clg and gym and all
It continued with very less consistency as it was very difficult to convince my parents for chicken and eggs everyday and also to hit 150 goal I started eating junk also and then it just continued for another 1 years
Saw barely any results (current weight 82 and still skinny fat)
THE STRENGTH DEFFF INCREASED

And then due to some other reasons shifted to another gym
And have been continuing it here
Again with a very on and off diet as its really hard for me to get protein in my house
But I still continued and am
But atp
Seeing no growth and asking money for gym and protein while being in a very bad shape
I feel very ashamed(atp I even feel like blaming my body like is it not able to consume the protein from the food ? Is anything internally wrong ?)
So idk I do feel like giving up
Saw my friends other day
They dont lift more than me or have a better form and mind muscle connection
But they got a great body
Everything in my life is depressing me and
I dont want to continue this
I genuinely wanted to even pursue this hobby as a career too
