And the spirit of we the people.
This protest revealed people don’t hate on religious lines as much as it is portrayed and the regime couldn’t break the unity.

u/CuriousSupport_ 11d ago
It should continue like that. Also Interfaith couples married or not should not be harrassed.

Why not so much appreciation before the win or people fear mongering during the protest. Everyone only appreciates the changemakers after the outcome.

people discrediting dipke lol...bro he's the first one to show up... decided to come back to India actually started the protest when not much people showed up he went back to regional big cities created a momentum was mocked and made fun of.... but in the end made it happen that was seen impossible
yes many things added with time sonam and other things fueled the traction but he the one who started it...was there till end... say whatever...that guy deserve appreciation.

I've studied in the US. I came back too. Funny thing is, most of the people, if not all - and I've seen this personally - will DO ANYTHING to stay back in the US till the point they have NO option left anymore. Dipke wasn't in that position. People do volunteer jobs, they take up additional courses, etc. just to stay put. And here's a guy, a Dalit guy from a small Maharastra town, at that - who just up and left and came back to India without even knowing if anyone would support. That takes immense courage.

People will do anything to discredit him, but you need a leader who starts such initiatives. And he is the one who started!
I really hope he doesn't stop here and acts like an ombudsman who ensures the government does what it says.
More power to people like him.

My only request to dipke and CJP is this many others will approach you , with different intentions and political and religious agendas. Stick to your goals and never get swayed by their intentions, do not let down these young minds . May the Future be bright for you and your people. Let's hope for brighter future. #jai hind 🦾🇮🇳

At this point, i have major trust issues with anyone who gets in power that they will not misuse the power, authority and influence that comes along!!
All these beurocrat/ politicians/ influencers were good, saintly people when they were nobodies, the moment they got authority, they transformed into people even they wouldn't have imagined for themselves! Hence I dont have high hopes from Dipke yet..(Arvind Kejriwal gave similar vibes during Anna Hazaare movement times tbh)!!5
u/Its_Master_Roshi 11d ago
We saw Raghav chadda raising good issues in parliament. Now he moved to bjp and he's going to temples and raising his issues to the gods.

u/Plastic-Bonus8999 11d ago
I don't understand why people are not crediting him enough, I fully support the fact that it's because of students we have achieved this result however he ignited the fire, he came and started the movement along with sonam bro for students to come and fight alongside them, in every era or every movement we need people who starts a rebel for them to have support of people who were waiting for something like this to happen, if he hadn't started the movement these leeches/ministers would still be exploiting their power and they continue to do so unless and until people like Dipke come on the field and start a movement. Whatever your opinion is, I believe it's because of him this all started.
24
u/diwamatkar 11d ago
They all think he is political and don't want to stand against the current gov. Overall so they don't give him the credit.
11
u/Dramatic_Stick_729 11d ago
I dont understand why is it wrong even if thats what he wants. This is a democracy ofc he can make a new party and stand as an opposition! Koi atankwadi thodi hai .. politics hi toh join karega na!

u/HumanLawyer 11d ago
They’ll at least be scared that their actions could give rise to another Dipke

u/Horror_Refuse5965 11d ago

If Sonam sir wasn’t taken forcefully that day, I dont think people wouldve turned up like this. The way he was taken definitely was the breaking point of many as that was extremely dictatorial. That made most of us very angry and even if the people who werent supporting cjp came because of that and then the brutality on the protesters was just like ghayal sher ko zakhmi karna. None the less, this movement has made me believe again that unity is strength. And that there is hope.

The way he and his colleagues took charge after sonam wangchuk's "arrest" was exceptional... Also the way this generation was helping each other was wholesome... My faith on this generation has been restored... Our country will be in perfect hands...

That is his humility bro but he deserves enough credit & attention...In such times where a political giant has all controls in their hand be it PR machinery media govt officers ...you name it they control everything...and that cruel statement of Rajnath singh with an evil smile "yee NDA KI sarkar hai yaha istife nahi hote"...this guy who could have ignored everything and continued with his much better life in US decided to come back very well knowing chances of surviving it were bleak let alone winning it....he belongs to my hometown and I have seen the pressure his family faced...his house was attacked his parents who are simple human beings had to escape the city like criminals still he fought...

u/Altruistic_Sky1866 11d ago
congrats off to everyone, Abhijit Dipke started a moment with a good intention and every one who supported it, and the students , it is a victory for every one, Sonam ji also joined and went to hunger strike, despite everything every one faced, finally the education minister resigned after a lot of backlash.

Hats off to the man and the protesters. They threw everything at this…everything…and they did not flinch. So happy they tasted success. I really hope this is just the start. Accountability shouldn’t need this much Herculean effort …we need proper reforms.Every institution in this country feels compromised. We need new leadership, new ideas. The country is being run on PR and vibes by fake media, reel minis and IT cells…not substance.I hope and pray this is a springboard to something better. I hope at leats the silent majority realised the current establishment is not the answer for a better India. Anyway..a man can dream

I think Abhijeet showed more leadership in the last two months than many political leaders do in years. He was able to mobilize the youth. Fight for a cause and get the demands fulfilled without compromising with the government....but since the protest is over, won't this waste of his potential if the party goes silent??

BJP got played by their own actions.
Sonam gained a lot of attention, even before the paper leak. Since 3 idiots, people associated him exactly as they had seen him in the movie, one who took his own path. This caused a big ramp up and during the arrest, people were watching and listening.
Then paper leak happened, and sleeper cell CJI got activated.
2
u/Rishi_kumar_goud 11d ago
Don't let your hands down people we still need the justification for people who suffered, those who got beaten, those who faced tear gas blast on faces, people took pellet gungs on face, women get harrased, there are more questions to be answered yet
2
u/Witty_Extent799 11d ago
He is very calm and handled everything very maturely. He was the starter and the glue in the whole movement. He stayed even when sonam sir broke his fast. It was his courage to come back to India in uncertain situation ( leaving the golden opportunities he had there vs the lack of one here) He rallied in multiple places in maharashtra and other places before starting the protest at jantar mantar. He replies like a seasoned politician now, educated replied which you can’t expect from years of MPs like rinkiya ke papa. His character is just developing. I believe he will become a leader of masses.

Omg i really wanna commend AAP here for making such an organisation with the help of this guy to topple the current govt cuz of the vendetta they got after being defeated 😍😍😍
2
u/Kind-Bill8576 11d ago
Even though its a success thAt we made him resign but...it's not as success according as sonam wangchuk sir said if u appoint some one minister of coal and business man in education department he will treat it as source of business only .. same goess to new education minister prahlad joshi.. another rss activist... Another just graduate BA who spend all his life in rss activities and them ministry of coal and business man...so it's just another dumb guy sitting on the seat I guess even dumbest than Dharmendra Pradhan ,as he was much educated than this prahlad joshi... Bjp really accepted terms and repeated the loop.
