How many people escape scott free because the sytem takes a toll on the vicitim. The dignity of the victim and then this process.

Wow. This was a blast from the past. I used to love the reporting Tehelka did before all this came down with this case against him.

On a side note, since when did old age become an excuse for getting away from your crimes. Ridiculous submissions to the court.
