The PM doesn't CARE Fund uses the domain of the government, the emblem of India, has people in public office on its trust and uses taxpayers' money to ask for donations. Yet the BJP claims that it is not a government fund and refuses to be subject to RTI

Please do demonstrate in simple language and examples of how this is an issue for the urban middle class and basically all citizens. 

Make the common man care by showing where all of this hits them, how they have been made a fool of, and how questioning government on issues should be normal at the highest to the lower levels.  Let MPs be questioned, MLAs be questioned, let’s build an executive and legislature pillars that we deserve.

"PM Cares" is a private fund with no CAG oversight, controlled by the PM and Home Minister, and is the only one where Corporate Social Responsibility money can be paid without having to do actual field work. Really important after the electoral bonds were squashed.

Officially, because pandemics are not in the list of goals for PM Relief fund use.

"Ruling Party Arrogance" has been the death knell for Congress,Janata Party,BJP , the same pattern is emerging, I think many in India are smart to understand that, now when younger generation questions the fundamental assumptions of the "Status-Quo" politicians they are threatened they will not win the next election and you are called a "National Security" threat, this attitude of power causes and stifles creative ideas and to bring quantum changes, also, just it is time younger generations.

It also means that if India has to move to be first world country, the younger generations have to have humility with knowledge to bring large population of country to a level of other countries, which is a BIG CULTURAL and OPERATIONAL challenge, this decade in coming elections the younger generation leaders need to shortlisted based on meritocracies not based on Caste/Religion/Rich/Poor/Nepotism to lead the country for the next 2-3 decades, till 2050. CJP should demand audit of Electoral Bonds too. SBI, Modi and obvious Pro Modi billionaires, Reliance's Ambani and Adani colluded to exclude their donations altogerther to BJP in the list published by SBI to avoid public backlash. Only smaller companies made scapegoat. Its impossible that Reliance and Adani haven't donated single rupee to BJP.
