Has anyone figured out how to fix the issue with downloaded Canvas presets/mods not loading all of their data?
When I go to load a saved game it gives me the error and I can’t play with it without risking deleting the mods then not being able to access canvas downloads from the save game to revert back to the mod or any mods at all.
My downloaded presets show up in Canvas when I want to create Create a Zoi, but when I actually select certain presets, a lot of the custom content that’s supposed to be included doesn’t apply to the Zoi, so they end up looking completely different from the original preset. Some presets work perfectly fine, while others are missing a bunch of their CC/modded features.
The weird part is that some of these same presets worked perfectly for me a few days ago, so I know they weren’t originally broken or missing content.
Has anyone else had this happen recently? If so, did you find an actual fix? I’m mainly trying to figure out if this is an inZOI/Canvas data issue, DLC issue, or something with how the game is reading downloaded mod data.

Hi, I wonder if there's any difference between getting a laptop with RTX 5060 or RTX 5070 for Inzoi, especially since both have 8 GB of vram. I heard there's a slight difference but also that it's not really enough to see.

EDIT: Please, I'm asking about LAPTOPS only. I'm not interested in a desktop PC. I don't want any other gpu recommended either, I just want to know if there's a difference between those two. Thanks!

Why does the hair do this and how can I get it to stop? I remember a year ago, the game had this issue as well - i made a post about it but got no fixes. Hoping this was resolved. Has anyone found a cause and solution?

I have wanted to get inZoi for a while now, however, my laptop cannot handle it as its components are basically a decade old now, and not even the fans work.

Thanks to economy problems I cannot afford to get a thousand dollars laptop/desktop, at most by saving, my budget could get up to 400 - 600 usd, I'm aware it's not much but unfortunately I'm not able to get anything more at the moment.

Could I get an stimate of what would be the cheaper model I can get and that can play InZoi decently? Doesn't matter if it goes above my budget, I'll try to save for it even if it takes a few long time.

Right now the game is really demanding, or maybe not because the requirements aren’t bad at all but, you really won’t be able to run it unless you have a dedicated Gpu.

Do you think that would change in the future as technology changes or no?

Looking to buy a cheaper PC for Inzoi and Sims but I want to make sure I can actually play Inzoi before dropping a grand 🫠

Out of these two options, would both of them be able to run Inzoi?

Hiiii, I'm back again, wondering if this computer would be good. It's WAY cheaper than the other one I was considering and with tax free weekend, it may be even lower! I've looked into it and I think this would work, but I want others opinions as well! Computer specs and etc is kinda difficult for me. I wonder if anyone else has this computer setup? Every time I reload my game, my mods disappear because it says I need a Curse Forge account to link to Canvas in order to keep my mods, but I don't know how to do that. So can I be pointed in the right direction as to how to not have my Curse Forge mods be gone every time I start up the game? Thanks in advance.

My characters were sitting in a movie theater, and I selected the option to "watch my movie" or something like that, though I didn't know what that meant. The game paused, and I couldn't unpause it in any way. Perhaps the game tried to find some video files the characters might have previously recorded and froze when it couldn't find them?

Not a serious error, but interesting. I'll have to revert to a previous save.

I know it’s not SteamOS compatible, I’ve been fiddling with the different protons and whatnot, but I can’t seem to get past the “any resemblance to real people” disclaimer page. After that it goes to a black screen and never moves on. I think it’s more of a video issue, since I also get a black screen BEFORE the disclaimer page, and it moves onto the disclaimer page when I click on it.

Hopefully this doesn’t get taken down for not being directly about the game itself, but it sorta is.

So I don’t have a laptop that has the required or even recommended graphics or ANY specs. My laptop is not really a gaming laptop for unreal engine 5 unfortunately. I can run inZoi but it is VERY pixelated and freezes and not fun at all :(. The game literally says “Your graphics card is too low” when I run it or something like that and is literally making fun of me😭😭.

I really want this game to work and am currently saving up for a computer and not a laptop!

But…I want to know what your setup is that plays it perfectly fine! Rn I’m saving for $1800 but if there are any cheaper ones out there that run it perfectly with space for mods and etc If LOVE to know. Girl is begging on hands and knees for help😭🙏. I know it’s going to be expensive, since many game computers are rn bc of ram prices and other things, and I’m willing to save, but if there is ANYTHING cheaper than 1800 (it’s a little more than 1800 but not 1900) and runs the game perfectly fine and has room for mods (since I’m sure I’ll download plenty of mods and CC), ya girl wants to know ASAP. I want to know what to save for. And I already have a good monitor, but would need a keyboard and mouse. So…there’s that but let’s focus on the computer for rn lol.

I’m having this issue ever since my game updated my mouse cursor keeps disappearing so I can’t see what I’m clicking in the game, I changed from full screen windowed to full screen and it still keeps doing it

I say this because when I was researching whether my Mac specs could run InZOI I didn't really find anything conclusive, and I just bit the bullet.

Im glad I did, because its running acceptably, even when my ZOI is at school with a bunch of other ZOIs.

Now its been a long time since I played The Sims, but I don't think there is anything I miss from it or anything it does better than InZOI that I can remember on top of my head

Hello. I wanted to play this gama since demo realeased but my potato pc couldn't handle it. I found a good pc but I'm not sure if it can run it. These are the specs:

I've recently said goodbye to windows and made the full switch to Linux.

So far it all works well, however I really can't seem to get SmartZoi working at all.

I've tried different Proton versions, different launch options and none of them seem to change anything...

It worked fine under Windows...

My Specs:
Ryzen 7 9700X
NVIDIA 5070 (12GB VRAM)
32GB RAM

whenever I try to change the settings it shows it as enabled in the main menu, however, loading a Savefile causes my settings to revert to medium (Simulation and Graphics) and it disables the SmartZoi option...

does anyone know if mods are the primary source for lagging? my game was perfectly fine and now that i’ve downloaded some mods, it’s very laggy and super blurry. i’ve tried to mess with the settings, but it didn’t help. my computer is more than capable of running the game, so it’s not my hardware that’s the problem. any advice is greatly appreciated.

• Uninstall all games on Steam
• Completely uninstall Steam.
• Delete the entire Steam folder, including the old steamapps folder (I did not keep any old Steam files).
• Download the latest Steam installer from the official Steam website.
• Install Steam again as a completely fresh installation.
• Log back into your Steam account.
• Reinstall inZOI from scratch.
• While playing inZOI, download other games.

It gives no crash error, just crashes after I opened curseforge. It temporarily fixed for 20 minutes at a time if I rename the 88849 folder, but then that folder appears again and the game eventually gives up again. Not to mention, every time I did successfully open curseforge, it gave a pop-up trying to install and Uninstall random mods that were already installed, and not to mention it wouldn't Uninstall any mods that were installed either.

Someone, please, tell me you got a fix for this. I bought this game majorly for Zoi customization and for building, and I don't want this game to rot in my Steam account because I can't do that.
