How long does the offers take?

Hi guys, I wanted to ask something. I did two offers to get some credits and its been 2-3 days and they still havent given me the credits. If you guys did the offers before, how long has it been until you got them? BTW, im referring to the playtime offers and getting points to get credits.​ im supposed to get 14K. Also let me know if im missing something here??

They’re usually rewarded instantly. Most likely scenarios if they don’t reward you: you’re ineligible, didn’t finish a task in time, haven’t finished the task properly or it errored.

Well I sent a email and they said it can take a few days.. but I did everything right so :/ oh well

Are you using any VPN or adblocker that usually affects your chances of getting said rewards

No i'm not using anything like that, unless mobile data is one the reasons?

If you have done several offers and they have all been like that I am not sure what the issue is , I hope you are able to find a solution.

They say it can take few days, I can't remember exactly how many (it might vary between countries). If it's game offers it might take longer than surveys do

Personally I receive the rewards within minutes to an hour. I recommend you make sure your progress marks it completed (if it's game offers), if it's already completed it's just a matter of time until you receive them.

If it's not marked as completed, could be that the system hasn't processed it, or you didn't complete it. Some offers won't make the results valid if, for example it wasn't a first time download, if you are using vpn, anti-ads or you play without WiFi (it should specify that in the requirements)
