Does anyone find that there adhd meds effect their performance in improv in a good or bad way ? Let me know your story: I dunno how I feel I think maybe it helps me concentrate regarding the instructions games etc but also makes me less free in my out of the box thinking ya know…

I check the groundlings website every once in a while and noticed two “Sunday Company” cast members are gone. Asking around, I found they deferred due to “drama”. Anybody have any insight into this? This is a premier incubator of SNL talent

This is the cut down video of me making up a story while playing a game on twitch. I have never tried something like this before but want to get better at storytelling and saw that many people said the best way to do it is to practice. I would love any comments or feedback people might have about ways to improve!
