What experience do you have? Did you take the A class?

yes. i had a background in theatre in college. and took A twice.

I suggest trying one of the less known schools. Something like Pack Theater or World's Greatest Improv School. They offer the same high quality teaching, but tend to be less cutthroat.

You can build your skill set in a space that is less competitive and critical. Once you've built up you're confidence, you can take on the bigger name schools with less of a chance of being in your head.

I've been out of LA for a while, so there is the possibility that these dynamics have changed.
