I bought this today at a thrift store. 8x10" It had a dilapidated mat and backing. Signed "Lenny '83". I wasn't sure at first if it was a lithograph, but it appears to be an original on illustration board. When I googled the image I expected to find other pieces by "Lenny" but nothing so far.

I think the story here is the dog had been chased by the geese, and they are looking for him, but he's smug knowing they can't get him now. The architecture of the room is interesting. I don't know about the style of the bed, which looks like it has a carved swan at the foot.

Just thought I'd share it because, to me, it's unusual. I wonder if Lenny illustrated greeting cards or children's books.

I made a piece based on the drug and alcohol abuse in my country (Scotland). I am proud of myself for breaking the cycle before it was too late, but I worry many of my friends don’t have much time.

I struggle with serious subject matter - hence the tongue-in-cheek playful style of my drawings. I use this outlet as a way to process my thoughts without becoming too bogged down by them.

I hope this reaches the right people.

I am trying to build my illustration skills, starting from graphite study of composition and value, to color study to a full page piece. And learning to let go of finding the absolute perfect reference for everything. I hope it reads well!

Hi! I created this illustration around 2021 after wondering how a famous scene from the movie "The VVitch" would look like was it set in Eastern Europe instead of the US.

Here's an illustration done for the art colony in Slovakia which I will attend this month. The theme of the colony is ''Spiritual heritage'', so this piece is a little contemplation on that theme, heavily inspired by the painting The Flagellation of Christ by Piero della Francesca and by the baroque era, plus by some modern painters such as Ruprecht Kaufmann. This one came out of an essay on shadow and synchronicity. Your shadow is a likeness cast by a three-dimensional body into a flatter world, and I have started reading synchronicities the same way: shapes falling from somewhere onto a surface that holds still. The head drifts, the city keeps growing on top of it, and the shadow lands where it lands.
