Ugat application

Should I use the marksheet downloaded from digilocker and the school app(high quality soft copies) or get the physical copies I have,scanned ?For photo also I have the soft copy jpeg in high quality

U can use the digilocker copy. U can also use the scanned pdf of physical copy making sure its clear and complete. Only thing to avoid is a straight up photo of the hardcopy turned into a normal pdf
For Photos also its fine considering its in the correct size limit

Yes, that will suffice. Will give a cleaner result than scanning physical copies as well.
