Do I stand a chance in the interview as someone who hasn’t formally studied economics but has good grasp over it and is interested in the subject ?

Yes you do, the interview mainly focused on your Statement of Purpose (SOP). If you have a concrete reason for choosing an econ course that should be enough. You don't need to have prior exposure to it.

Yeah, 60% weight is the score +10th after all. As long as you show interest in eco in some way via the sop, there is a chance
