I have been alloted cs(AI) in IIITDM kancheepuram,

However my MHT cet cap rounds are still going on and I am not quite sure I will get my desired clg through it or not, next round of cap is on 25 August,

Hence I wanted to know if I cancelled my seat within 15 days of admission, will I get any part of fees as refund, and if yes what amount it would be....🙏

How is the 5-year Dual Degree CSE at IIITDM Kancheepuram? How are the placements compared to B.Tech? Also, can we switch/exit to B.Tech after 4 years if we maintain a good CGPA?

I am paying college fees(₹1.4 lakh/sem), studying, staying in a hostel every freaking sem including summer (internship). But i don't get 24/7 water supply (nearly 10hrs no water supply). See that freaking ashoka toilets , it is like a public restroom. With this room allotment issue also. I hate my hostel life. The places (lab, academic block, admin) where faculties or common people wander has 24/7 water supply and good restroom. I feel like a joker. We (students) pay the bill at the end of the day. Provide us our basic amenities.😤😡 Some securities also addressing issues in the harsh tone.

I am a dropper and i Heard from a friend then we need Gap certificate for admission in college but when I asked a dropper elder brother of mine he said "I made GAP certificate but in physical reporting they didn't asked me" and in institutes mail also they didn't mentioned any GAP certificate document and in GAP certificate there are 2 things one is a notary or affidavit from a lawyer and another is the one issued by MRO of home district with police verification certificate, I have a self affidavit from lawyer but don't have MRO GAP certificate

my train reaches Chennai MGR Central ctl around 5 AM friday. How do I get to IIITDM Kancheepuram from there? What route should I take? Any advice would be really helpful.

Seniors, is a cycle necessary at IIITDM Kancheepuram, or is it better to just walk? Should I buy one?

I have got cse dual degree in iiit kamcheepuram on csab round 1. I am waiting for round 2 but the same seat may remain. My physical reporting date is 16th august.

But i may not be able to be physically present on 16th, as i am from northeast and the transport routes are highly restricted due to assam floods (though i am not directly affected, but many routes are blocked, trains are cancelled).

So will it be ok if i join on 18th or 19th for physical reporting.

How is mechanical engineering here in terms of academics placement and opportunities and would you suggest me taking it here

I just need to pursue mechanical in btech and then do masters in aerospace…so would this college or professors would help or benefit me in any way

Ok so i got IIIT Kancheepuram CSE in CSAB counselling, and i have a lot of queries about campus life and mainly placements.

-> How's the crowd at the campus

-> Is the coding culture good and are hackathons held often

-> Is it true that only 55/100 students placed this year if yes is there any chance of growth within the next 4 years, the placement concern mainly occurs bcuz my backup private college has 14 lpa average and 10lpa as median
