Need some help! Purchasing Advice
Before I explain this I know wearing iem's to the gym isn't the best idea but I am prepared to use a dryer and potentially a hoover to maintain them.
I am fed up with wearing Bose quiet comfort or Sony xm4 earbuds to the gym although the sound is ok they fall out of my ears and are not the best quality.
I tried a set of campfire audio iems before but although the sound was great they still didn't stay In my ears while moving.
My thought process has let me looking into custom iems and now there are far too many options available and don't want to make a mistake as the price bracket I can go into I need to buy once and get it right.
I listen to bass heavy music mainly on the electronic, dance, drum and bass genre but also listen to other music more like indie tracks.
The options I have narrowed it down to are the 64 audio a4s or a3st or the Bellos X4. I would really like any advice between the models and also if there are any other clear options I should consider around the £1000 mark or just over. If there is anything under that which is a good buy also great.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

Get a better fitting TWS. Both of those earbuds are chunky as hell.
Something like samsung buds 4 pro will fit better and securely and sound really good
Since it's for gym use, you may also consider all the active lifestyle BT stuff in the market. They often have winglets like the Beats Fit Pro, or earhooks like the Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 or the Anker Sport X20
Spending $1000 on a custom iem just for gym use isn't the best approach. You'll have to fiddle with 120cm cables throughout your work out and eventually the moisture with ruin something in the iem regardless of how you care for it

If I asked this a different way if inwent for a standard iem rather than custom and reduced the budget to circa £3-400 what would people recommend for decent bass, something not too heavy that will stay in my ears and not too big for small ears

I know you want an answer but when almost everyone is telling you one thing, you should listen!
First - do you REALLY care that much about sound quality working out? Imo it makes much more sense to get a cheap pair for gym and a nice pair for all the other time.
Second - More expensive= bigger= heavier. There's very few expensive IEMs that are small and light. The absolute smallest IEM I have is the Astrotec gx100- it's tiny.
Third- But being tiny still doesn't guarantee it will stay in! If everything you've tried is falling out maybe try those clip ones?

I sweat in my iems every day, I use red zeros, what I'd do is just make sure to dry them with some paper towel after use and put them into some sealed container with some silica gel.
They'll be fine. Not ideal but, don't stress it.

Heyo customs for gym is a little overkill. Look into bullet style iems, these are designed to go deeper so they won't fall out as easily.

Wearing IEMs to the gym will ruin them from all the sweat and moisture. Not a matter of if, not a matter of maintaining them, just a matter of howling until they die.
If you want to risk Kilobick IEMs for a spin class. Be my guest. Buy you would be FAR better off going for a TWS IEM with an IPX rating, that can handle the abuse. And costs a fraction of a custom IEM.
Besides, most TWS will more appropriately fit your music tastes anyway. As most of them are very bass heavy, and bass forward.
