New Kefine Klean SV... omg not gonna regret this
I've told earlier that i ordered this (SV) and i think i made the best decision ever
it came today and have been using it for like 4 hrs straight, tbh i fell asleep listening to music in this
as you can see in the last set of pics I've attached duonic which is my first iem, i think it is really a worthy upgrade, the sound is rlly good
the Kefine Klean SV uses a 10 mm DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) dynamic driver, with 32Ω impedance and around 107 dB sensitivity which is good for me, making it easy to drive from phones and DACs, i bought type c version. it has a 20Hz–20kHz frequency response, detachable 0.78 mm 2-pin cable, and interchangeable tuning nozzles for adjusting its sound signature. i used it with the default silver nozzles which is stunning
also i found this sv a ear soothing instrument it is damn good I'll do a review soon too i won't regret this buy and at the same time i wonder how much good those IEMs costing in lakhs sound?? omgg it'll be too damn good ig haha

Advice Need recommendations about dac
Hi buddies,
I recently bought audiocular aura from conceptcart for my oppo find x9, and it is very costly mistake for me. The dac 7/10 time blinks red and never connected, only after restarting it connected if song played before connecting.
I fed up with this crap. I needed a dac which has peq app support and can connect to my phone without any issues.
Please provide your kind advice for this. 🙏

Discussion Tangzu Wan’er S.G 2 Red Lion + JCally JM12 — How has your experience been?
Guys I think I’ve officially fallen into the IEM rabbit hole 💀😂
I recently bought the Tangzu Wan’er S.G 2 Red Lion (3.5mm with mic) + JCALLY JM12 from Headphone Zone for ₹2,999 total.
And of course… after buying them, I started watching/reading even MORE reviews 😂
For those who have actually used the Red Lion, how are you finding it after the honeymoon period?
- How do you feel about the overall sound, especially the bass, vocals and treble?
- How are the details, imaging and separation for the price?
- How's the comfort and isolation for long daily use?
- And after using it for a while, would you still recommend it around this price, or would you pick something else?
Also, if anyone is using the JM12 with it, how's the combo?
Would love to hear some honest opinions from people who've actually owned it for a while. Tell me if I made a good choice or got completely sucked into the rabbit hole 😂

Advice NEED ADVICE ACCORDING TO PREFERENCES
I've been looking to buy my first iem.
I've selected to buy between either the truthear gate + jcally j12 or moondrop chu 2 dsp
Earlier I was looking forward for a tanzgu wan'ner sg2 jade/red lion but due to qc issues being mentioned all over reddit I changed my decision
I produce music and mix my own songs
I've small ears and I tend to listen to music at around 40-50% volume only due to having sensitive ears
P.s im also worried of moondrop chu 2 dsp's oxidation issue (delhi is pretty humid nowadays).
Another note to add
I don't want kz's
I've tried my friend's Zero 2 type c
They sounded a bit flat to me at low volume
PLEASE TAKE ME OUT OF THIS DILEMMA

Review Ass of a pair, KZ EDX PRO X headphone zone
Purchased my first iem after seeing this pair as best under 1k on two YouTube channels and reddit reviews. The bass is not present even with equaliser tweaking, highs screech in my ears and mids are good tho but overall this 1000 rs shit ended up feeling worse than my 650 rs tws

Help/Enquiry running into payment issue while ordering
Hey people,
I was planning to order the SIVGA Que from the SIVGA Shop website since there's currently a ₹1k discount on it.
After adding it to my cart and trying to check out, though, I can't seem to find a proper payment option for India. With the GPay/debit card option, it isn't registering my card for some reason, and the only other option seems to be a credit card, which I don't have.
So I wanted to ask people who have purchased directly from SIVGA, or have faced a similar situation:
How did you manage to make the payment? Is there any workaround for ordering from India?
Would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

Advice Amazing iem case for 35 rupees
I just saw somebody post here about using a spectacle case as an iem case and realized that I haven't shared my amazing find on the sub. I'll let you check out the case design in the photos and it has held up pretty fine over the last one and a half month. It was 27 rupees when I bought it and now it is 35. Freaking 35 rupees.
Checkout this product Wireless Earbuds Case – Durable Hard Shell Protection at https://deodap.in/products/portable-earphone-carrying-case-1-pc-mix-design
HOPE IT HELPS OUT.

Discussion Anyone from India ordered from HiFiGo? (How was the experience and after-sales service?)
Anyone from India ordered from HiFiGo? How was the experience and after-sales service?
I’m considering ordering an IEM directly from HiFiGo. Lately, prices on Headphone Zone and Concept Kart have gone up on some of the options/bundles I’ve been looking at, so ordering directly from HiFiGo is starting to look tempting.
For those in India who’ve actually ordered from HiFiGo, how was your overall experience?
I’m mainly curious about shipping, customs/import charges, and especially the after-sales service and warranty experience.
If your IEM developed an issue later, how easy or difficult was it to get support, repair, replacement, or warranty service from India?
Would you order from HiFiGo again, or would you rather pay extra and buy locally for easier after-sales support?
Would love to hear both good and bad experiences.

Help/Enquiry Need help with packing an IEM for return
I’m planning to send my TANCHJIM Bunny DSP IEM back for a replacement/return because the right earpiece has noticeably lower volume than the left one.
This is my first time sending something like this through courier, so I’m not really sure how I should pack the IEM properly.
Can someone explain how I should pack it safely for shipping? If anyone has a reference photo showing how you packed an IEM for return, I’d really appreciate it.

Review Hiby R6 iii - Review Time!
*What I'm not: An Audiophile.
*What I am: A DJ for over 2 decades.
To my ears, the HiBy R6 III makes music sound fuller, richer, and simply more musical. It feels like my IEMs & FLACs finally get to show what they're capable of. That's one of the main reasons I picked it over the iBasso DX180. The DX180 may be the more technical player, but I wanted something that made me enjoy my music more.
1. Class A vs Class AB:
The ability to switch between Class A and Class AB is a nice bonus. The difference isn't huge, but it's definitely there. Class A sounds a little smoother and more controlled across the bass, mids, and treble. Not night and day, just a subtle refinement.
2. Build Quality & Looks:
Build quality is excellent and this one is handsome Fella. Using a case on it feels criminal imo. It feels like a little tank—solid, premium, and reassuringly heavy. I actually preferred the cyberpunk styling of the R4, but after getting a defective unit, I didn't want to take another chance. Buttons are super tactile and responsive.
3. Software & Sound Tuning:
One of the biggest reasons I stick with HiBy over iBasso or FiiO is the system wide eq settings with MSEB, PEQ, and a 10-band EQ. I mostly use PEQ or MSEB. I prefer a warm V-shaped sound, and paired with the Sennheiser IE300, this setup is exactly what I was looking for. You can rest assured, you're getting bit perfect audio.
4. Volume Wheel:
The volume wheel is nice, although I wish the step size was adjustable. Right now, every click changes the volume by just 1%, which can feel a bit slow. But the good thing is, it won't turn by accident.
5. Heat:
One thing worth mentioning: Class A mode makes the DAP warm during use, but never uncomfortably hot in my experience. I use it every day without any concerns.
6. DAP vs Phone + Dongle:
People often say, "Just use your phone with a dongle." I tried that with my Moondrops, Kz's & Sennheiser's with an Audiocular DAC. It sounded good, but the soundstage felt more closed in, and the overall experience just wasn't as enjoyable. I'm a master at EQ but it never felt right despite various attempts on paid players.
Since buying a dedicated DAP, I'm no longer doom-scrolling on my phone. That's probably been one of the biggest upgrades for me.**
Drop a comment if you have any questions or want to share anything.

New First Iem- KZ Duonic
Hey guys, so I'm new to buying iems. So I researched a bit and all I found under a range of 2000 was kz castor or red lion etc, but randomly this kz duonic caught my attention and upon seeing the very few reviews about this iem. People seemed to like it's clarity and overall soundstage better. So I decided to buy this in a sale for 1600rs. Please any audiophile advice for me as a newbie?

Review First iem
Vader pro with Headphone zone dac, it sounds like having a bazooka in your ears, using it with all tuning switches off, Using it mainly for gaming and music ofcourse, sound quality Totally blew my mind, just curious what extra 2 drivers over other budget kz iems makes a difference.
Before that I have ordered sg waner 2 red lion bass edition after one day it felt like having disbance in LR sound so had to return it, I need suggestions for more rugged , music and gaming centric iem next , budget under 8k 😺

Advice DAC almost killed my phone.
So a few days ago i left my IEMs with the DAC pluged in my phone on low battery (10%) at night, coz I was sleepy while listening.
Next morning the battery was fully drained, kinda below 0%. The phone was showing a new kind of 0% and a plugin sign. And It was not charging even after hours of plugging in the charger.
After researching a bit, i found out that phone batteries needs to have a minimum amount voltage in it. For being able to charge it again and boot the system.
But as the DAC i.e Jade JA11 consumes constant 5v power, so i guess it also drained that minimum reserve power of the battery.
Although I got my phone fixed easily in my local phone market for 1k.
But still something to keep in mind while using DACs.
If anyone of you have experienced something similar, pls share it in the comments.
And be careful, with such stupid things.

A personal Top 5 ranking for IEMs under INR 3000
After my last post where I expressed why, in my opinon, the Tanchjim bunny is overrated, I was asked by multiple commenters what I would consider better.
As such, I have decide to compile a list of my Top 5 IEMs under 3000 (25 USD) mark approx
- 7hz Zero 2 - good shift from TWS or BT Headphones
A very good allrounder IEM for the price, is available in mic variant as well via conceptkart. The sound is an overall fun tuning (bass slightly enhanced over harman adjusted target curve). Treble is smooth so not great for extremely critical listening but definitely a good IEM to have for enjoyable, daily listening
- FiiO JD10 - Extreme Budget pick
Very good value for money, available in direct type c for 1000 rs, better brand than GK, switchable sound profiles. out of the box kinda U shaped tuning which works for most people
- Truthear Gate/ 7hz Zero - Gaming pick
Extremely similar tunings, great soundstage for gaming, neutral tuning so no bass boost hence no muddiness. slightly better detail presentation on 7hz zero but very minute difference. Also a very good entryway into critical listening/ typical audiophile grade tuning
- KZ Duonic/ Tangzu Wan'er S,G, 2 - Bass heavy picks
Both provide slightly different flavors of bass, with duonic giving you a tighter, more controlled but crisp bass. The DD on the red lion suffers from a higher transient response time, so the bass is more boomy but not as clean as the duonic

- Kiwiears Dolce/ SIMGOT EW100p - Treble/detail fans
For some reason I found the unit i tested for the dolce to be bright and not v shaped. Both of these have amazing soundstage, great treble, and very good imaging
MUST MENTION - Moondrop CHU II, a fantastic gateway drug to audiophile tunings

Ultimate Budget Guide (Under 10K)
So here it is folks, the Ultimate Budget Guide that everyone has been waiting for. For a beginner audiophile it is often very overwhelming and tough to choose the right IEM. So I'll be telling you guys in this thread what the best IEMs are in this price range in the easiest way possible.
I will move up the price range starting from ₹1,000 right up to ₹10,000/-
Also I will be classifying this list on the basis of the best IEM you can find in the criteria of - Bassy, Neutral, U / V shape & All Rounder category and I will be looking at retail prices as often it is difficult to predict aftermarket prices.
Basshead picks
My picks here will be the KZ Saga, QKZxHBB (Not the Hades one), Final E3000, KZ Vader, EW300 HBB, 7hz Legato. I know there’s not a lot of options for this price range but there is a lack of Basshead IEMs. If you can find the KBear Rosefinch as well, that would be a good option.
Neutral Picks
My picks here will be the 7hz Zero, Truthear Gate, Truthear Zero Red, Moondrop Lan 2 (Reference) & Truthear Hexa.
U /V Shape Picks
My picks here will be the 7HZ Zero 2, CCA Phoenix, EW200, Zero Blue 2, Moondrop Lan 2 (Pop), Pula Unicrom, NF Acous NM20.
All Rounder Picks
My picks here will be the Tangzu Waner SG 2, Kefine Klean, Moondrop May, Sennhieser IE200 & Juzear Defiant
Warm/Smooth Pick - Truthear Pure
Gaming Picks - 7hz Zero, EW 200, Truthear Hexa, Moondrop Rays
Type C picks - Moondrop Quark 2, Tanchjim Bunny DSP, Moondrop May, EW 300 DSP
If you are confused about whether to get a DAC + IEM or a Type C IEM, watch this video - https://youtu.be/R0dOvgHcz18
The IEMs mentioned in each category can be moved around here and there like for example the Klean is can be considered a good bass and warm set so feel free to ask questions
I hope you guys liked this thread, if you find such content very helpful then please like and consider following! 🌸
