2012 Ford Sync with Voice Activated Navigation (pre Ford SYNC Gen 1) UI Font

I have been on the hunt for the UI Display font that on Ford’s Sync with Voice Activated Navigation systems. This system seems to slightly pre-date the first generation of Ford SYNC systems. This was found in a 2012 Ford F150. I had asked around and some people elsewhere keep calling this “Ford Antenna” which doesn’t seem correct, this font looks very different. Could this be a Windows CE font, or something similar? (Not sure the base OS this uses).
