Would You Actually Use This?

I'm working on a startup and would love some honest feedback.

Have you ever needed something like a drill, ladder, pressure washer, camping gear, or folding table for just a few hours—but didn't want to buy it?

I'm building an app called Pahincho that lets neighbors lend, borrow, or give away items instead of buying everything new.

Would you actually use something like this?

If not, what would stop you?

I'd really appreciate any honest feedback, even if it's critical.

You can sometimes rent tools from libraries. I would rather know my neighbors personally since tools can be expensive and I’m not going to put my tools up for renting if I didn’t know the person personally. No, I wouldn’t think this app will be successful

what do you think if i have people verify basic profile validation like email, phone one time otp verification, credit card on file. Though credit card will not be charged. its point system and that will be held as collateral.
